We bought a refrigerator 1 month and 1 week ago. It stopped cooling. After calling Lowe's customer support, I was informed they only warranty their products for 30 days, and they would not address any concerns past that. Take your money elsewhere, you will get better quality products at your local scratch-and-dent retailer. Horrible products, horrible customer service.

I was annoyed by the people who immediately avoid eye contact when I had questions but what sealed the deal for me was Ana... who was being trained on the register not even caring her mask was half off her face, comically she kept pulling it up to her upper lip like the nose isn't part of the party. Won't be back, poor customer service and blind to a pandemic.

We love Lowes! In the paint department, my wife and I needed to match some paints to redo our living room at Kim from the Rt. 31 Syracuse store was incredibly helpful. In needing a new fridge also, she pointed us i the right direction and had our paint all mixed and ready for us. You could tell she valued our time by being effcient in her work and direction and she was just a pleasure to work with. In the refridgerator area, Matt was very helpful during the day answering questions and checking stock for us. Refrigerators have sure changed and he got us up to date with what features we could look for in various models, price points, etc. Later that night, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we made our final decisions and closed the deal. There was some delay with getting the Lowe's charge card (saved 100 dollars right there) . I had to speak to a representative from their credit department on the phone. This could have been a pain but Scott sanitized his phone, let me speak to the person and we were able to complete the transaction with no problem. Scott had a very good sense of humor, ability to juggle several customers without any of them feeling unsupported and very good overall knowledge of the products and the specifications that would be our best bets! Great job, Lowes! Scott, Kim and Matt have served you well this holiday season!!!
