I like to visit Lowes because it is close to home. Finding help while inside is a little difficult, though. Some items are pricier than if you were to buy them online or elsewhere.

I needed some painting supplies, of which there was a large selection. Unfortunately , I needed items in other areas of the store & finding knowledgeable help was impossible. It seems to me that Lowes is catering more to contractors than to the lowly homeowner who needs smaller ticket items & help from employees who really know the products. Smaller, independent hardware stores, here I come!

Great place to shop for customers who handle business tlny dpong their own repairs. Good foe local contractors, too. Bit geared more towards the home owner, the "do it yourselfers". That's a good thing and keeps their seasonal home supplies such as rock salt in good supply. Nice tool selection here as well as outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers and snowblower. Price are competitive with Home Depot and ACE Hardware(ACE is the place).
It gets plenty busy here at this location and it's good to know how to use theor self checkouts. Always someone available to help you with your self checkout issues. And believe me, there will be issues now and then. Well marked home improvement products I'm electrical and flooring.
The big downside is that there are employees who ignore you when you ask questions. Have patience and ask the person that is in charge of that department. Have a super day.

No help to be found and if you find someone good luck with them helping you also you get to do a store search for the product you are looking for only to come up front and check your self out but wait the fun does not stop there oh no 12 self checkout lines but not 3-4 are actually open

We were looking to buy a refrigerator. Could not find anyone to help us. There were hardly any customers in the store. We went elsewhere.

The Lowe’s appliance installer did not show up when scheduled. When I called to see where they were I was told that “they couldn’t come today.” I suggested they come the next morning since I did have to loose a day of work waiting for them. They said that they could not reschedule for the next day and the next available date was in a week. All to measure a space for an oven to be replaced with an IDENTICAL oven.

It took a long wait to find a salesperson. The sales person did not want to discuss my products, but told me signing up for credit card would give me a 20% discount . What a lie. Lowe's engages in false advertising. Signs in the store advertose 20% off. My receipt has 5% off on it.
I called customer service was told I should have checked the receipt before I left the store, and then was put on hold for 1 and half hours. The manager I finally talked to, Monique, promised she would look into this concern and get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back....

🌟 **Syracuse Lowe’s Customer Service Needs
Some Major Improvement**
I recently visited the Lowe’s store in Syracuse and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Despite several attempts to get help, I was either ignored or given curt, unhelpful. I waited for 35 minutes after repeatedly pushing the call/help button with no response. This is the norm for this store as I go there 3-4 times a week.
This isn’t the level of service you receive when visiting the stores in the suburbs.
I expected a higher level of service and professionalism but regretfully, leave feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.
