Standards dropped considerably. Imports from certain countries are cheap; sizing is not consistent. Some high quality remains and is usually exorbitant. What a loss.

Do not buy online from Macy’s you may not be able to return it. We had an approved macys return within the return period and with a macys return barcode and the Syracuse store still refused the return. Terrible customer service.

It was nice lots of things to look at fun going with my friends but some of the employees could have been a lot more respectful other than that it was fun overall not sure if I would visit again

I am not sure how long they will be open. There were not many shoppers there and it was only 5 days before Christmas. They were very nice sales people but the selections were not very good. We left without buying anything.

Backstage and Macys are treated like separate stores on receipt. The totals don’t match up, you have to look and try and figure out what happened. 3 employees had no idea. Macys managers are incompetent!!! Stop hanging out in your office eating snacks and talking and learn how your store processes transactions. Help train your employees. Stop being so lazy!

Customer service was horrible. The employee Fatima was extremely rude to me, while I was checking out she wanted my ID and that’s illegal to ask for, and she kept yelling at me since I couldn’t find my ID. If I see Fatima again I will not be buying from her EVER again.

Good and has everything you want. I didn't find any Arabic perfumes there. In addition to the somewhat high prices.
