Rich was by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with! He made the entire process of turning in my lease and getting into a new one incredibly easy and stress free. He took the time to really understand what I needed, what I didn’t want, and how to make everything work within my situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I bought a used Kia from here. Sale went great! Handled everything fast, respectful and kind. However, I ran into an engine issue not long after. At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket deductible. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale. Very nice and thoughtful team here. I highly recommend.

Maguire is one of probably a dozen different dealerships we screened and visited in the last year and by far their customer service experience has been the best.
Especially January 2025 salesperson of the month, Mr. Jacob Gonzalez, who was so sweet, helpful, and just a good person to work with. He made himself available to us on our schedule and after hours for our convience. Jake helped us get a monthly rate that fit our budget and covered us bumper to bumper. He made sure we went home happy!
I have to say- I highly recommend Maguire for anyone considering a new or used Nissan. Ask for Jake!
