My experience with Matthew and his team has been great since switching insurance agencies. It is great to have a real person to regularly interact with that can help take some of the stress out of the process. He has been very responsive to my requests and helps manage my insurance in a manner that best fits the needs of our family.

Exceptional 5 star service. Matt has provided top notch service yet again !! His caring & empathetic demeanor has always been genuine. I just had a couple deaths in my family and he recommended other products to me to have me save even bigger. My auto and life insurance is now bundled with them. Jeff Ames performed ethically & efficiently with gentle good humor on my behalf. My previous insurance company didn’t act on the notice SF sent them that I had switched to SF resulting in my autopay being billed & paying each company. Mr. Ames was able to resolve the problem & he successfully made repayment arrangements to me from my former company. Mr Ames is a terrific person and I’m grateful he works w SF. Compassion is a wonderful attribute for a staffer to have & to act on.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude and happiness with matt. He was patient with me during my entire car buying experience (which was weeks) and after numerous quotes I finally settled on the perfect vehicle thanks to matt. He also provided the best numbers I could find any anywhere and when I say anywhere I mean anywhere.

Was probably the worst experience I’ve had since being divorced. Please look at an agent as a sales person and they will do anything even to increase your premium by not putting the correct information down. I have asked for years why my premium was so high and never got anywhere until I called the 800 number and asked for a breakdown on my insurance. I was just quoted 3023 for my home and auto through another insurance company and was paying State Farm over 6000. Now appeals and NY State Attorney General’s office. Feel sorry for women that were married for a long time then get divorced and have no idea what we should be paying. I thought that’s why we go the agents. Awful

Ariana is an awesome agent!! If you need insurance, I would recommend her, she saved me almost half of what I was paying with my former insurance company. Matt was very helpful in getting my mother and I set up on a life insurance plan. He did amazing I highly recommend him. He answered all of my questions I had, even the silly ones.
