The business is courteous and helpful, very friendly and professional. Call center operator's are more congenial and attentive to needs, and the new system is great, convenient and reliable. They work hard to ensure adequate transportation to and from medical appointments. Ride is efficient and prompt, but sometimes overwhelmed and ride shortage. For every problem with account, say the magic word agent during automated prompts eventually someone who cares pick up phone and help out as best as they can. very good.

MAS courteous & efficient. Very efficient medical cabs but sometimes overwhelmed with so much in one day. Oneida, NY had two businesses go out. Ride shortage.
