They've got a good selection of legit refurbished flagship phones available but there's some knockoff/counterfeit stuff there too such as the fake Samsung earbuds, which I bought thinking they were real and then immediately returned.
Hopefully they get that sorted out and stop selling junk accessories.

Don't even know if they're open anymore. I could not find an entrance, so I tried calling the store and received no answer.

Do not go here unless you want to get scammed we called asking about a phone when we got there we were stopped at the door not being able to enter and asked what we wanted and we said a phone by Metro and we were immediately told to go next door to a little shop that sold knock off bags belts and unblocked phones and when told we did not want an unblocked phone and tried to go back to the Metro store to see the phones we where just told to go next door for what ever phone we wanted so if you are looking for a phone that is by Metro do not go here or any other store close to this area because they are all the same now if you want a unblocked phone for what ever company here is your go to this way at least you know what your are going for and not get blind sided like we where

Annelle was the most amazing person!!!! Super helpful & understanding - she went way above & beyond to help us setting my son's phone up, we had been trying for two days and sh got it all set in about 30 minutes - thank you so very much!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would after being stressed out needing a phone dude charged me 150 dollars on a free phone an a 60 dollar month plan when I didn't want that an the taxes on the phone should have only been 21 dollars. I've now been on. Phone with metro an they even said that's absolutely theft I shouldn't have paid no more than 85 dollars for the whole ordeal.

I recommend this store. The owner is a very kind and works hard to make sure his customers are happy. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. No pushy sales tactics that make you uncomfortable. I had a complicated issue and he took the time to help and work through it with me.
