Staff was okay but the selection was surprisingly limited for crafts unless you know exactly what you need and what you're doing.

This location does NOT carry sterling silver findings. The Fairmount Micheals does. They have silver plated, brass, silver colored etc.I had always assumed each Micheals carried the same assortment, but apparently not.
