Good people, very busy shop. They did accidentally forget to do part of one of the repairs that they charged me for. I noticed this after I got back home. I contacted the shop and they asked me to come right back. I did, and they completed the repair right away. If they had agreed to my request for a partial credit (to account for customer having to discover their mistake and make an extra trip back) I would have given 5 stars.

Brought my wife’s 2017 CRV in for its seasonal tire swap and NYS inspection. At every other dealer this price has gone up to 108 for the tires and 21 for inspection. So I expected to pay 130 but, when my wife picked up her care it came out to 150.56. When I stopped in to question the shop on the 31.92 charge for “parts;” the mechanic started listing basic items used to swap tires like lube. If I’m paying 32 dollars for lube; I think I just paid for all the lube for tire swaps for the day. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to Midas for their bullshit charges.

Left work early for a confirmed appointment but was told they do not honor online appointments even ones that are confirmed. My appointment was visible in their system though and noone thought to call and let me know that they would not be able to do my oil change. I have visited the midas in liverpool multiple times with online appointments and have had no issues and amazing service, I assumed Camillus would be the same... I was wrong.

Had a confirmed online appointment but when I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen for at least a week. Bad business to confirm appointments that aren’t honored.

Manager -John Burns was friendly and helpful in helping me in understanding what needed to be done with my brakes. I did not feel pressured but felt like my car was in good hands. He and his workers worked together well.
I was able to see his interactions with customers during a very busy time and he was polite and friendly.

Went in this morning for an oil change brake service and air filter. Busy store but John is great and his staff does a great job. He is always willing to help people out. That's why I drive further for that type of service

Just got a call one hour before my confirmed appt for an inspection and oil change:
"DId anyone call you about your appointment? We are scheduling a week out. I can see you NEXT Wednesday"
Dude. The moment to cancel was at least 24 hours ago. ?

The place we had an apt with decided they were too busy and closed at noon so they couldn’t help us anymore and wanted us to come back Monday … We called here and the manager John who answered the phone was so extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable about what might be needed to be done with the car. They were very busy and it was last minute, on a Saturday but he fit us into his schedule so we didn’t have to be without a car for a few days. The techs fixing the vehicles were all very helpful and seemed extremely knowledgeable as well. We ended up needing new front brakes.. John explained the issues, what needed to be done and how much it would cost (which was very reasonable), we gave them the ok and within a short period after we were on the road!!! As a family of 5 with young children not having this car for even a few days would have made for a very stressful situation , them putting there customers first and fitting us in we are so grateful for and appreciate it. It’s so hard to find any businesses that have staff that care about people these days- but this location DOES!
We will continue to work with them from now on. Thank you to your team! ❤️
