Decided to try this place because it was closer to where I live. Terrible experience. I went for a polish change on my feet. The paint was painted on completely uneven and she changed the shape of my toe nails when I said I liked square nails. I don’t understand why she even filed my nailed when it was only supposed to be a polish change. I addressed that I didn’t like them and let her know that I thought they were un evenly painted and she was acting like she didn’t see the problem. And asked if I’d like her to repaint them. I told her yes. Instead of repainting them she just went over with more polish on top of the uneven polish. I told them I still didn’t like them then a Second Lady came over and I told her the issue and she started sighing aggressively and yelling “even even even” they then told my my nails were uneven that’s why the application was the way it was. My application from the normal place I go to was not uneven at all so it was not my toe nails.
She then sprayed oil and rounded my toes more as if that would fixe the uneven polish. And told me no more and if I wanted more I would need to get a full pedicure. Which made absolutely no sense. I spent $40 just for a polish change and they originally told me 30 at the door.
I requested they take the polish off and I get a refund. I never experienced this bad of customer service before in my entire life.
I will never return and I highly recommend no one goes here and go straight to Luminous nails because they do perfect nails every time!!!
Again terrible experience, if your customers are not happy fix the service!!! Don’t try to argue with the customer

Let me start by saying that I have been going to Miracle Nails for YEARS now. My last experience will be my last because of how poorly I was treated.
I got a pedicure and a full set on Monday September 23rd. I paid $155 plus a tip for this service. I knew my nails were going to be too long for me in the long run, but I was heading to a wedding and thought it was a fun change. On Sunday September 29th when we got home from the weekend away - I knew I needed the nails reshaped/shortened as I have toddlers and long nails simply aren't feasible. I explained this when I walked in. Mina was very taken back by this. She sat me down and began to file/cut them for me. She stopped and told me this would cost me $20. She did not need to repaint my nails, she did not need to fill them... This was simply cutting my nails and making sure they weren't sharp (which they were). I did agree to pay this because I didn't see the board and I truly needed them cut. A basic manicure is $25. Why was I paying $20 to have my nails cut when a nail trim on their board is less than half that cost? I paid over $155 6 days prior! I thanked her for helping me and she ignored me moving back to another customer.
Today... Three of my nails popped off. It has been less than 2 weeks of having them on. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. But to go back and feel shamed while asking for them to be fixed simply isn't worth the time.

I’m not usually one to put out reviews unless I feel strongly about a location. I’ve been to this salon twice and both times, my experiences were less than adequate. I got a regular gel manicure the first time and within days, it was starting to peel. I didn’t bother going back just due to scheduling issues. I went back today for a gel manicure with a design and the staff was confused even though I had referenced pictures. I was told that stickers could be an alternative. I indicated I wanted to keep an almond shape but bring the length of my nails down. The shape was not ideal after the first two shapings and I pointed it out. To add, I was bleeding from the rough drill and cuticle removal process. Overall, I am not content with this location and will not be returning.
It also seems as if they over charge. A gel manicure is listed for $36 with card but I was charged $60 for a simple gel with two fingers with stickers. Seems unfair in some sense.

Owner (presumably) rude, overpriced services, rough treatment. This place has had many owners, and they might be the worst. Unfortunate! Used to be a nice place.

I am so disappointed in the service my granddaughter and I got last night at Miracle Nails. We had an appointment for a mani and gels. While we were waiting a man and woman walked in. I had my manicure, rushed). The man and woman were taken before my granddaughter for pedicures. She , too, was rushed through her gel applications . I tipped well. I am taking our business elsewhere. Don’t appreciate making my granddaughter ( and then giving her trouble with a color she didn’t want.)wait while higher paying customers were treated to preferential treatment.

The bags that their instruments are in are not sterilized. Their autoclave sterilizers are NOT plugged in or in use. When confronted of this they denied this even though I pointed out that the colored dot on the bag did not indicate that it had been sterilized. Subsequently my pedicure was fast and poorly done.

I have been coming here for over 4 years and have to say it’s the best salon! They are family oriented and care about their customers. Every time I come in they remember me and call me by name. I bring my friends and family here anytime we need our nails done, including for special events. Highly recommend! ??

Perhaps it’s because I don’t know much about having nails done seems I haven’t had a set since 2017 and it was many years before that, but…a few weeks ago I stopped in to have what I thought was a full set of acrylic nails put on because my real nails (which are usually pretty strong) had broken. I asked the lady for a full set and was there for an hour as she applied what seemed like press on nails and then clear coated them and painted French tips. I knew that’s not how they had done them in the past so I thought maybe it was just something new. I’m talking with girls at work, I quickly realized that I paid $80, yes, I said $80 for just that. Glorified press on nails!!! (Girls at work had a good laugh ??) They were lifting in less than a week and I am disgusted and also a tad embarrassed lol. With a tip almost a hundred bucks! Won’t make that mistake ever again! Guess that’s what I get for not being girly but what a waste of money. I definitely felt taken advantage of and won’t be returning there again!

I tried a new place this morning. Walked in without an appointment. I know my bad! But the man at the front desk was SO rude . Didn't even look up . Called Miracle Nails to see if they could fit me in and they said come right over. I walked in and even though it was apparent how busy they were this Friday morning, they could not have been kinder or more helpful. Got a a great pedicure and walked out happy. I will be coming here all the time now.

I've had mixed experiences here... First thing to know - appointments mean NOTHING. They accept everyone and never say no - they'll say it'll be 20 minutes but that usually means an hour. They typically have done a good job for me overall. I typically get designs and, again, they never say no, but occasionally they misunderstand what I ask for. Always be careful about up charges. I still go because I haven't had a bad experience yet but I go knowing I may spend 2 or so hours there so just be aware

My friend and I went for a pedicure. We wanted to get something not too expensive. The prices are listed but the $30 pedicure was not on the price list and for a regular pedicure it’s $50.They do this so when you say I just want a regular pedicure it’s not $30 but $50.So we asked for the $30Pedicure.All they did was cut our nails and soak them and not for long. No scrubbing the dead skin or cutting our cuticles.Since we weren’t paying for the $50 and up we were treated poorly. A basic pedicure should include some foot maintenance and not just polish, if I wanted just polish treatment I would have just asked for color. Overall will not be coming back to waste my hard earned money.Service: Pedicure
