Great experience and good honest customer service. Excellent loan and payback options. These are friendly people and require friendly customers for best results. The best Pawn shop in the area. Quick and easy service.

Put a deposit down on a Xbox one. Next day I found out the game I wanted to play is only available for new generation console. Told the store owner I won’t have any use for the Xbox one and wanted my deposit back. … would only give me store credit. That was my first and last time going to a pawn shop lol. Would have much rather have my $$ back than store credit. Personally I think that’s bad business 🤷

Tried to buy off FB marketplace with hours posted. Drove an hour there, store was unexplainably closed. I messaged the seller Corey and he promptly removed the listing. Great job Mr Pawn. That's a phenomenal way to treat people who want to buy from you. Be careful of this place!

Bought a set of new torches. Was very responsive to messages and willing to haggle a littleOn price. Overall a great experience compared to many others on facebook marketplace. Will definately be doing business with him again.

I've been in this pawn shop a few times now the owner is very nice and attentive to his customers he will answer your questions if you have any was greeted when I walked in and he said goodbye when I walked out very polite and prices are good all in all very nice clean place with a very nice owner

Original: Selling power tools for the same cost and or higher than the current selling price in big box stores. Guy was arguably the most arrogant ship owner I’ve interacted with. On the way out. He won’t forget to smugly say “have a nice day!” Avoid this place.Edit: I actually picked this up for $80 from the local big box immediately after I left the store as part of the Black Friday sales currently happening. Guy runs a pawn shop and acts surprised that customers may want to negotiate, especially when the product has no warranty when purchased from him. Clearly has no idea how to work with the public, he was beyond uninterested and barely looked up from his phone when I asked a question on price. I would have probably bought it if he wasn't so smug.

Owner said he would make me a trade on some tools then I get in his new “employee in training” denied anything even though I showed him texts between myself and the owner. Then lowballed me on my items. Place can not hold a word. The employee in training had no idea what he was looking at and said of I found it for this price. The one he had found was a eBay listing for same item but in much worse shape AND broken! Asked if he was negotiable price because I had found the same thing almost 40 dollars cheaper on eBay and he got upset with me. Messaged the owner and he has nothing to say. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

Me and my family loves this family owned pawn shop. The owner has a mass amount of different fun things to purchase. He has been very fair with my family and i especially in our hard time's. His response is always been very quick !! I ? this pawn shop !! The owner to mr. Pawn is the best at what he does by far the best in all of Onondaga County !!
