Went for oil change They charged me over 80 dollars said included tire rotation and synthetic oil of which I received neither.Beware ! Very disappointed with the unethical business practices at this place

Made an online appointment for 8:30 AM. Walked in at 8:26. No lines no waiting one vehicle in the driveway. Both men were sitting at the desk. I came in for changeovers and wanted new valve stems. And went next-door for a coffee and came back to a dirty filthy sitting room. At 9:25. I got up to check how much longer it would be and I found the Manager with his feet on the desk on his phone texting. I turned to him and said is my car almost done.? he said no it’s not even in there yet. I was not too happy about this. I had an appointment and I explained that to him. He said “you can’t use that system online he goes it’s terrible and it always screws up things. We’re swamped November and December so the appointments aren’t kept well. And I explained what’s the point of having an appointment system if you don’t abide by it? Again, he explained they’re just too busy to keep track of it and you can’t get near the place. Well, I seem to! Needless to say, I had a 10 o’clock appointment to meet my friend and here it is my car isn’t even in the garage. He said he’d get it in as soon as he can. This gentleman doesn’t deserve to be manager he is not kind or sympathetic, or made any concession to make up for his mistake. I’ve always dealt with Dominic and he has been fantastic to deal with. He did suggest to reschedule my vehicle or maybe call my friend and see if my friend can pick me up. Needless to say brought my car in the garage about 955 and my friend picked me up at 10:05. I returned after 330. He waited on me and never offered a courtesy discount or anything, and I told him that I was very displeased with this place how he handled my situation and I’ll be sure to fill out that survey when I get it and let them know what a poor job he did for me. It didn’t seem to fluster him. Not very good from an employee who has been there six years. He seems like the lazy one and lets everybody else do the work. Also my tires were not bagged and they were placed in my trunk and in my backseat. I will not be back.

Called and spoke to Dominick to have NYS inspection completed and even though they were very booked up on a Saturday, they still were able to get it done as promised which was much appreciated. Thanks Dominick.

I was getting ready to go to Massachusetts for my son's wedding. I had a slow leak on my rear tire. The guys got me in that morning. They saved the day ?. Thank you

The absolute BEST around!! We had an extenuating circumstance where it would be difficult to wait, and they got us in and out in no time. Next time, it will be worth the wait! Kudos to Max!!!

I brought my vehicle in a couple of weeks ago and explained that I likely had a rear brake issue because there was some noise coming from the back. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to take me in quickly because the sound in the back had been pretty rough. After dropping off the vehicle, I received a phone call a few hours later after they had test drove and reviewed the vehicle. They said there were no issues. They explained to me that they had not heard any noise when they test drove it (it was raining so maybe that held back the noise, not sure). But they did say that they looked at all the brakes and found nothing wrong. I drove back to my current location in Virginia, about a 450 mile drive, and was told by the mechanic here that my brakes are metal to metal… so now I’m dropping $1,100 on calipers, rotors and pads.. I have a hard time believing that my brakes were in good shape just 450 miles prior. Disappointing because I had good experiences at Mr. Tire prior to leaving the area. Sadly, I would not recommend.

Are you kidding me? this place is a horror show.Brought back a tire they mounted for me with a rim leak. Figured they'd cover it because I'd done 6 new tires there in the last year. Always paid with cash; around $20.They hit me for $36 despite that they did it wrong the first time, just to remount a tire! No patch, this is basically a brand new tire....Here is the actual charge list on the invoice: Flat Repair and Rebalance (included vulcanized patch) $15.00Tire Repair $8.99Total Service $23.99Balance with flat repair $9.39Total Tire Service $9.39Subtotal $33.38Tax 2.67Grand Total $36.05Now,,,,I think a 5th grade child can see the problems here...When I called the headquarters to inquire, she looked up my invoices and only had ones from 2 years ago, which tells me when I paid the $20 twice in 2022 it never made it to the cash register.

Very dishonest. I was told that my car inspection would take 45 minutes. My car is 1 year old. I came back to pick up my car and pay and was ignored by the manager for another ten minutes. When he does speak with me he tells me it has not even been checked yet. When I asked what the problem was he told me he had people call in today and was trying to catch up. Why didn’t he tell me this when I dropped off my car? I gave him my phone number to keep my updated. It’s now been an hour and he is just getting started. I understand having employees calling in and being behind. I do not appreciate dishonesty.

I used to love this location and would bring my vehicle here for everything, tires, oil, inspection you name it. It is unfortunate for me to say my past 3 experiences here were not as well. I think they should remove the option to make an appointment online, for every time I do it I select that I'm going to be waiting at the shop while the vehicle is worked on and the past three times I've been told that it's going to take hours and I end up needing to find a ride back home and back to the shop.

I have been a customer here for a few years now. P.J and Alex have always been kind and courteous to me and others present during my visit.
