I inquired about this bank, when I walked inside. The assistance I received was rather dumb. or it it that they don't want new clients? I decided against this bank, while visiting.

I believe I’ve always been served very well at M&T Bank and the people are very kind and helpful

This back holds the mortgage for my home in Florida and they do not offer all services such as home equity loans on Florida properties.
