NBT Bank Stadium in Syracuse is a popular and enjoyable venue for baseball games, home to the Syracuse Mets, a minor league team affiliated with the New York Mets. The stadium can hold over 10,000 spectators and offers good views from most seats, with a comfortable layout and wide concourses making it easy to get around. Visitors often sit on the third base burn, especially during fireworks nights when the display is right overhead. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the stadium and is cashless, as are all transactions inside, including concessions and tickets. The stadium features a variety of food options, including regional favorites like salt potatoes, Hoffman hotdogs, Chick-fil-A, Perry’s Ice Cream, and Pavone’s Pizza, all of which are highly appreciated. Concession prices are generally high, but typical for ballparks. There are also two kid zones and grassy areas for children to enjoy, making it family-friendly. Staff members are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The mascot and entertainment keep kids engaged, and the staff is accommodating, even allowing seat changes if the sun is too hot. While the stadium is well-liked for its fun environment, the outside views are not particularly inspiring, and some upper deck seats may have limited visibility of the field. Day games are best experienced along the shaded third base line. Overall, NBT Bank Stadium offers a good, fun experience for baseball fans and families alike.
Always a great time! We buy the cheapest seats and then sit on the third base burn (green area). The fireworks are right over your head if you go to a game that has them.

We had a great time, and it was a pleasure to have so much staff that enjoyed being there. The mascot was fun, the kids loved playing in the grass area, and if the sun was too hot where we ordered our seats, they even allowed us to move.
