Amazing they screwed up my order again this is got to be the worst company for medical supplies that ever existed. Like I said it a different review before Covid. They were great post Covid they can't do anything right unreal. They've been shipping me my CPAP supplies for less than four years now and I'll they send me all the wrong sizes, what a bunch of jerks

I recently changed CPAP providers to Nunn’s. I have been there twice and was pleasantly received each time, at the Syracuse store. Linda answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything I needed was completed.

I was late for my appointment by going the wrong way but they still took me in and Matt Green was so kind and understanding. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything so easily for me to understand. Thank you Matt!!

I’ve been working with Nunn’s for a couple of years now and I am continually impressed with their entire operation. I recently had the opportunity to work with Patrick, one of their respiratory therapists, and he was extremely knowledgable about my new equipment, professional and congenial. It took awhile for me to understand the new procedure but he was patient and kind. I have found most of the other employees on site in Syracuse to be equally pleasant. They keep track of what I need, when I need it and get it sent out quickly once I respond. Also, the store in Syracuse is always neat and clean and their hours are very convenient.

This place is a disaster! We gave them everything they asked for including Blue Cross Blue shield info and two different RX's. We drove out there three times and no one would help us.Thank you for the follow up. After 4 attempts we received what we needed.

I called because I needed the cords for oxygen! I never get a call from Nuns to see if I need anything. Today was the first time they said I had to have then mailed to me unless I get tanks. A visitors dog bit thru my line and I don’t drive I’m blind in one eye and poor vision in the other. On home care. I told her they always deliver and she informed me “ Yeah with a tank” I said no without tanks. So I asked to speak with an owner and she said She would and put me on hold!!! Got back on the line and said nope just as I said we don’t deliver just cords. So I said ok sent a tank she says well you will need to have an empty. I had none empty. Is can get oxygen just not the cords to use the oxygen. So I have no air tonight!

Linda helped me with my sleep apnea machine set up. She was very polite and personable. She was very thorough in explaining the process I will have to go through.i brought my brand new oximetry machine to see if she could compare it to one in the store and she discovered the one I had was faulty and hers worked on point so we bought it! She didn’t have to do that but went out of her way to helps us. I’m glad she’s the one that helped me and put me at ease.

I had an unfortunate mishap with leaving my cpap in a carryon compartment of an airplane that mysteriously never got turned in and insurance wouldn't approve anything at all for a replacement. I dealt with Nicole in billing as well as Mary and Linda to help set me up with a used machine I purchased out of pocket. The experience throughout this whole mess was so smooth with all the girls and I can't thank them enough for their tireless efforts to assist me with being able to sleep peacefully again!!! Thanks a million to everyone involved!!

Lisa was outstanding, I had to returned to Nunn’s when I thought that my compression socks were not tight enough. She remeasured me and educated me that I was really between two sizes. She suggested that I change size and request my Doctor increase my compression . I obtained a new prescription based on her knowledge and I am now walking further and with more comfort. Thank you Lisa your assistance is greatly appreciated.

The staff and in person experience is great...quick and easy. My rep Matt was quick and efficient and easily answered any questions. The equipment appears to be high quality and easy to use. My only difficultly was scheduling my appoint via the online system...end up having to call and schedule; and no, it wasn't an AGE issues :-).
