Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.

The cashier or Oakley tec was amazing gave great recommendations showed me in store how durable the product was did a beautiful job making my custom glasses. All in all great quality great product amazing customer care and I always recommend Oakleys to my friends family and co workers

First off I’ve been a Oakley fan for a very long time owning a ton of their glasses. I Went into Oakley with the intention of getting a new pair of sunglasses. As soon as I walked in I was meant with snide comments from one of the employees (female with glasses) only to then be treated as if I was interrupting her. I promptly dismissed her and was approached by a male employee who was very helpful and genuinely seemed interested in assisting. I can’t remember his name but thank you for trying to make an already tense shopping experience better.
