Went there before a show at the landmark theater perfect place for that because its right across the street. Food and service was very good. Ordered Buffalo spring rolls for an appetizer that were excellent. Portions were big but not huge, I could not finish my dinner but it was a good lunch the next day.

My first time trying out Oh My Darling was somewhat positive, meriting four (or 3.5) out of five stars for several reasons.Pros:- Atmosphere: The interior and vibe of the place, as previewed from photos in the review, were quite inviting. My visit on a Sunday lunchtime showed the place bustling with customers, all seemingly enjoying their experience. However, do note that weekend lunch hours might involve long waits due to the crowd.- Staff: The staff were welcoming and made an effort to seat me as quickly as possible.Cons:- Price: I opted for ‘The Darling Brunch Burger,’ seemingly a signature dish. While tasty, it didn't quite meet my expectations given its reputation and the price point of $18. This isn't to say it wasn't enjoyable, but perhaps my expectations were set a bit too high for something notably special at this price.- Coffee Selection: Upon requesting coffee, I was informed that only Hazelnut coffee was available. It's unclear if this limitation was just for the day or a regular occurrence, but a broader selection would be appreciated.- Preparation of My Burger: I requested my burger well-done; however, it arrived more akin to medium rare, with a very red center. Although I sometimes enjoy medium-rare beef and chose to eat it without complaint, having it prepared as requested would have been preferable.Overall, my experience was neither overly impressive nor disappointing. I'm inclined to return and explore different menu options.

It's a cute place. Our waiting was attentive, no issues there. But the food..... First, my soda was flat so I asked for a different kind. It was also flat so I just drank it. Two of us got eggs Benedict. Both our eggs were cold. Not room temp, but cold. The home fries were pre-made/frozen, so a bit dry. It's very loud in there so hard to have a conversation. Just very underwhelming.

I have been here twice. The first time roght when they opened and I really enjoyed it. This time the food was not great. The bun of my birger was totally burnt and I couldn't eat it without scraping off blackened roll. The burger thad no flavor and tasted like it was a frozen premade burger. The fries were ok, but nothing special and the corn bread was old.

Eight of us in the group and everyone was VERY pleased with their food, drink and the service! A little loud. Could use some acoustics softening, however, we would absolutely go there again when in Syracuse!!

We went on a busy night before seeing a play across the street. I made a reservation so they seated us right away. The tables are very close together, it kind of felt like we were dining with the table next to us. My salmon on corn risotto was outstanding and the deep fried sweet pickles were great too! And so many for the price. My finances steak was nothing to write home about, not seasoned or special in any way.Drinks were good too, just very pricey.Server was decent, took care of our needs but not overly personable.

Our server, Dave- clearly hated his job, or just women. He was very dismissive, we had to ask for everything but water. Including dressing for our salads, and proper silverware. The food tasted good, but the experience all together was ruined by the lack of friendly service for sure. May return in the future if we had a different server. I also mentioned multiple times when making the reservation that this was for a birthday and there was never a single acknowledgement. We ended up leaving before our reservation was “over”, went across the street and had a MUCH better experience somewhere else.

I had a burger and fries so it's hard to screw that up. My wife on the other hand had a healthy salad. Yuck, any way the menu said kale and there was none and a poached egg that was hard boiled. We have been a few times before, this time it just didn't live up to their normal standards. Better luck next time.

I’m actually surprised at how much we didn’t like it here. My wife got the chicken and waffles, I got the lee lees chicken sandwich, and our 2 year old got the parfait. The parfait was easily the best option - but that’s hard to screw up. My chicken sandwich was over cooked, and the bun was very stale. My wife’s chicken and waffles were okay. Chicken was almost crispy but the waffles were crumbly. Service was good. For $70 I’d expect better food than a chain restaurant.

We were a party of 12… service was fantastic!! The food however was almost inedible.. buns were burnt on the lamb sliders and meat was so overcooked. The corn risotto was cold, flavorless and close to eating paste. The mahi tacos the fish was so overcooked you could barely swallow it. The grits that were with the shrimp and grits was cold. The Brussel sprouts were so hard you couldn’t eat them. The maple steak tips and rice had so much maple syrup that it was inedible. We paid for 3 of the people and when you spend 200.00 (including a 20% automatic gratuity) you expect the food to be yummy. Worst food I have eaten in a very long time!!!

I highly recommend Oh My Darling!!! Super cute vibe, delicious food, great bar selection, and the service is good. I recommend making a reservation. Great place and definitely worth checking out.

We drove by and the nice signage and exterior caught our attention so we decided to give it a shot. I am glad we did. It was perfect for our family of 4. The interior is simple, clean and classy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a full bar. We had the wedge salad which was perfect, a couple of burgers which per my son was one of the best ever and the chicken pot pie which WAS the best I have ever had. The crust was amazing and the inside was filled with a nice moist chicken/gravy/veggie mix that had a nice consistency that was not soupy or soggy. We enjoyed everything so much we ordered the beignets and the deep dish cookie which were both really, really good. Fresh, hot and completely home made. Perfect ending to a good meal. The building is a beautiful, semi-restored brick building with some very beautiful original columns. There is also a speakeasy downstairs with one of only 2 existing steam elevators (not working) in the world.

Food was phenomenal. I had trouble deciding between meals, and server was excellent in helping me pick one, and the pot pie was to die for. My companions each got the pork chop with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts and we couldn't believe how big the chop was! We all went home full and happy.
