I have been a loyal customer at Old Navy at Destiny for many years. On Tuesday June 18th I noticed a new manager Cassidy was ignoring customers and bullying the employees, she is NOT a people person and should not be in retail !! This is not a good look for this company! Old Navy is known for kind and helpful employees that is why it’s a pleasure to shop here ! She needs to go !!

I just didn't understand their pricing. The tags on the items were relatively expensive, but the Sale signs are practically everywhere. It should be more clear.

Two days in a row now I have come to the Old Navy store in Destiny in USA and found out the service was just horrendous. They spent quite a bit of time talking to each other while the line was growing. I usually don't waste my time leaving reviews, but I really am going to take a particular amount of pleasure in leaving this scathing review of the ladies who worked at Old Navy today and yesterday. I think that it was absolutely incorrigible the way they treated their customers and then had the nerve to ask me if I found everything OK? Of course I found everything OK no thanks to you. FYI, they have really nice comfy socks which is why I came back to second and buy more and hence why this review gets two stars

This location is dark and messy and the layout is poor. It's just not a great place. I'd rather shop at a strip center location.

I believe Old Navy used to have a much better selection of clothing for women and children years ago. They do some nice things if you catch it right, but they have changed.

Mary the cashier should always be the one people follow working at old navy she was awesome and her customer service skills were amazing, love her personally, she was kind and friendly she is the reason I will be coming back to old navy again to purchase items....just an amazing young lady

I used to love this location. It had the best sale prices. Within the last year it’s declined greatly. It’s hard to find anyone that works in the store, and the people who are behind the register are rarely friendly. One told me I’d have to go to the Erie Blvd location to make a return, because that’s where I bought it. She tried to tell me I’d have to do the same if it were a Target. I knew that was completely wrong as I previously worked at Target along with other retail locations and know that’s absolutely not how returns work. I didn’t have the receipt, but I knew it could be looked up with my Old Navy credit card. Tags were attached. She argued with me, then muttered under her breath as her coworker did exactly what I knew could be done. I would have understood an honest mistake if she had said she was still learning how to process returns or how the system works, but it really seemed like she just didn’t want to be bothered with making a return. That was evident in her whispers that I could obviously hear and her lack of any concern about the way she handled the situation. My husband was also in line to witness the transaction. I’ve never had this kind of issue with any other ON location. It put a seriously sour taste in my mouth about this location.
