Taylor was the best. The most enjoyable person to deal with in retail that I have came across in years. Answered all of my questions, and was just genuinely nice to talk to. Won't be shopping again if she's not behind the counter.

I got a bracelet for Christmas and wanted to get a few charms but I couldn’t get anyone to help me. Was skipped over twice. Maybe y’all should invest in training your team how to help multiple customers or just at least acknowledge people when they walk in so they know they will be helped eventually. Will not return to this store.

Was highly disrespectful very hostile I called corporate also, as always, so many people in there and they don’t be helping nobody and when they do they have a attitude like if you don’t enjoy your job to get it another place

I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

Very rude, zero customer service. Couldn’t even make an even exchange on a bracelet that was too small because it was barely past the 30 days. It’s an exchange, I wasn’t asking for money back. The Manager and Associates on shift then proceeded to laugh as I left the store upset about the encounter. Will never give my business here again.

I just traveled for 45 minutes to find that the store was closed at 6pm. Mind you I called to verify hours and make sure that they had an engraving machine available this morning and was told by an associate that the store would be open until 7pm, which was clearly indicated on the sign on the door.I even went to Zales and Mandotti’s and asked about Pandora and the associates there were also surprised that the store was closed an hour earlier without any notice.Very disappointed and discouraged with the lack of courtesy.

Bought a set online and when I didn’t get it but money was taken from my bank account I was told the order failed. I re-ordered the set and did receive that set a couple days later. About a week passed and the 1st order arrived. Because I didn’t need 2 of the same, I took it to this location to exchange it. I was told I couldn’t because it was part of the buy 2 get one free. When I asked if I could at least exchange for equal or lesser value the manager told me no it would mess up her inventory. Took to sangertown location and they were more than glad to help.On a side note, at Christmas time I was in this specific store and watched as a young couple came in and asked to make an exchange and they were told no by this same manager who she then accused of stealing from them. Called security and made a big scene in front of customers. The man had a pandora bag and receipts and she still accused him of stealing the items. I definitely felt that she was discriminating against them because of their color

Pandora Jewelry, Destiny/Carousel Mall, Syracuse, NY. Destiny Mall, 1 Destiny USA Dr,Syracuse, NY 13204. Managers Missy & Gina. Transaction December 20, 2022. This store refuses to show any accountability for a wrong on their part. They sold my husband a bracelet that was not supposed to be sold (they said it was supposed to be a gift with purchase). They did not produce a receipt and show no record of the purchase. My husband was traveling, in a rush and believed the receipt was put in the bag but there was no receipt given. Yet this store charged our credit card. It shows the date, amount and place of purchase on our credit card statement. The store has no record of the purchase amount on that date. The problem is that the bracelet is too big. I wanted a size smaller, which the manager said they have in stock but can not exchange the size for me without a receipt which they failed to produce. I have our credit card statement for the purchase on that day but their system shows nothing. The managers Missy and Gina refuse to make any right according to the situation. They said I need to deal with customer service. Dealing with customer service was a challenge. They were refusing to do anything without a receipt. After persisting that it’s a fault on their end. They gave me a return label to return the bracelet and then they would give me a gift card for the amount spent. I don’t want that. It was a gift. I just want to make an even exchange for the right size. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to be accountable for a mistake made by their store. They said the employee that did the transaction was seasonal and is gone. Can Pandora make a charge on your credit card with no record in their system and zero accountability? It seems so. How do they charge my card without any record of it on their end? All purchases are to be made through an email which my husband gave the sales attendant. I’ve spend a lot of time on numerous phone calls and emails back and forth between the store and customer service. I’m so disappointed at such poor customer service from such a well known and well established company.

I have recently purchased a Tag Heuer Carrera for my husband from the store in Destiny USA. All of the staff was very knowledgeable about the watches in the store! As I know hardly anything at all about watches so this was extremely helpful! My husband had been looking at a few different ones so when I came home with a carrera and told him I picked it because of the power reserve he was beyond impressed XD When my husband came back to have his watch sized they were extremely fast and did it in house! I'm excited for our next anniversary, as I was eyeing a set of blue topaz earrings *hint hint* @Jeremy LOL

BUYERS BEWARE! The selection here at Hannoush Jewelers is average and what you would expect from large mall-style jewelry stores. In December 2020, by chance, I walked by and saw a pair of diamond sapphire earrings that would look amazing on my girlfriend. I asked a salesperson to let me check them out. After discussing the budget, pricing, and what I was looking for they met me at my price of $800 down from the MSRP of $1,200. All this was fine. During the checkout process, I was asked if I was interested in financing. I replied, what are your rates? The sales manager mentioned they would need to do a soft credit check to provide me with rates. I agreed. The rates were decent but I chose to use my AMEX to purchase the earrings. As I left, I began reading reviews and found the 'finance or credit check' was actually them signing me up for a Hannoush Jewelers credit card. I was in shock and I turned around to speak with the manager. After explaining I did not want a credit card or to finance anything, the manager replied that its already done and it would actually hurt my credit if I closed the account. Upset and slightly defeated, I chose to never use the card and never shop at Hannoush again - as I was satisfied with my earring purchase. It wasn't until today, February 22 that I realized the unwanted Hannoush Credit card would be the very reason I am unable to refinance my home. As mentioned, buyer beware - do not ask to learn more about their financing, it is a scam to sign you up for an unwanted credit card. I will never shop at Hannoush Jewelers again and warn everyone in the market for jewelry.
