Pascarella's Towing Service LLC is the only valid 24/7 service inthe Syracuse area legally accepting Geico policy. Claim and request for roadside service can be requested via Geico mobile app. Takes between 30 to 40 minutes on average. Service was quick, knowledgeable, kind and professional. They saved out Christmas this year! Thank you. Our vehicle did have a sensor problem and unplugged air filter cable that was messing with the electrical sensors. It got disable at 6pm the day before the Christmas Eve on a parking lot. It was fully fixed within less than 40 minutes. And was driven home with all the dinner items.

I had a flat tire on a very busy road, so I called for a tow truck. At first the nice woman on the phone estimated around 45 minutes. Then maybe 10 minutes later I got a call from the driver, saying he'd be there in 15 minutes! I called so many other tow company's that day, and none of them came through like Pascalrella's! Twice these guys saved me. Once I was towed when my engine blew on my car. They were there in 25 minutes. Second time was just now. Same guy showed up named Justin. I locked my keys in my car and was going to be late for work. Everywhere else said 120 minutes. Justin showed up in 15 minutes. I was stuck on Thompson road at Hercules gym. He unlocked my car and I made it to work on time. He even gave me a cigarette. Great place highly recommend!!!!!Services: Car lockouts

I would rate my experience dealing with the office personnel five stars as I called to make a complaint against a driver that almost ran me off the road and smashed into my back end and continued to ride my tail for a few blocks... I decided to call thinking that it would probably get me nowhere but the pleasant woman that answered the phone assured me that the gentleman driving would be reprimanded. It's nice to know that just bc someone drives for your company it doesn't mean they're in the right all the time. I don't recall her name but she was very pleasant and apologetic about the rude driver

Pascarellas towing did a fabulous job. the driver was personable and courteous. the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I was quoted one price when I called to book the tow, and a different price when he showed up. otherwise, I would recommend them

Best tow service in CNY. I got tboned on Mother’s Day and they were there within ten minutes and price was amazingly fair even though my insurance will cover it. Also, the driver was very clean and kind.
