Did a buy back and they lost my stuff for a few days and then when they found it it was missing a controller n wanted me to pay the same price and wouldn’t give me an additional controller. Stay away from this place they are beyond shady it’s not worth the hassle. I will never do business with them again and will tell any one who wants to about their business dealings worst place in cny!!!!

Great place to sell stuff if need to turn your stuff around quick. Definitely pretty fair, just gotta realize that they have to be able to sell the item.

It helps when employees are knowledgeable. When staff doesn’t know how to tell the difference between something that is gold plated and plum gold there’s a real problem. Not to mention they will tell you a diamond is fake based on a light test, ask to scratch it and scratch it for five minutes then say guess you’re right, it’s real. Be careful coming here because they will scam you, even if it’s unintentional due to their lack of knowledge.

do not sell ur gold and silver here. They offer almost 60% less of the value. Go to the one in Liverpool. They seem to think 100% of the general population is not knowledgeable, it makes me feel bad for those who sell there when they can get way more somewhere else.

They don't try to be reasonable, they used ebay to see what items have sold for to base what they give you, not understanding that those items are gone, and the next sell for more, also when buying from them, if you bring up the same list and try to negotiate or offer from the same pool they used they because extremely irritated and tell you the list doesn't mean anything, but it does when they want it to, I have this review saved so if you delete I'll repost

Took some tools there that were brand new and expensive each the same price and was offerd $50. That don't even make sense. Need new employee stop treating everyone like they are crack heads. Highway robbery at its finest. Highly don't recommend buisness.

Terrible! Worst shop I've been too or even "dealt" with. EXTREMELY LOW OFFERS on Name Brand Items. If it cost $500 you're lucky if these guys offer you $50. Waste of time. Do Not Bother
