The staff doesn't have a clue how to give proper care advice for animals. Instead of saying that they're not knowledgeable, they assume they know everything and misinform customers to promote sales.
Overheard the cashier tell a family who just bought an entire fish tank set up that they could set up the tank today and put the fish in it by tomorrow. When I went to cash out, I informed the cashier that the tank requires at least a month to cycle and this kid replied back with, well I've never heard that.
Place really needs to train their staff to be more informed by also not give out rude comebacks when they're in the wrong. Unprofessional.

Please don't sell the snails in cups with barely any water. They were all dead :-( just put them in the tanks

Awful experience here! The older lady worker that was back with the Cats was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me when I inquired about a Cat. I asked to hold one of the cats cause I have been interested in getting a cat for months but wanted to find the right one, but when I asked I was met with a super rude and snarky remark by the employee working in the room with the cats. She said “This is only for potential buyers” and to that I said “I am a potential buyer” she then looked me up and down and said “you don’t look old enough to adopt a cat” in a very rude and disrespectful tone, not to mention that I’m 22, so I am old enough to adopt. This made me immediately leave the store in anger because that was utterly disgusting customer service.

i was in there tonight around 8:20ish and i was walking by the cats & a couple of them were meowing so loud i was wondering what was going on, i noticed they were getting fed so they were just happy lol. i noticed the worker that was taking care of them, was treating them poorly. i heard and saw out of the corner of my eye, them throwing one of the cats into the area they’re in and slamming the cage door shut. it was so loud! they walked out huffing and puffing and just seemed like they don’t enjoy their job! don’t have people who take care of animals, as simple as feeding them, working there like that! i thought my eyes were seeing things but i noticed how the cat acted afterwards & it had a somewhat forceful landing! please check on your workers!

$100 for both my dogs to get a shampoo and blow dry. Came in with them for the rest of the things on the package that I can’t actually do at home myself, and it couldn’t be completed.Most expensive uncompleted grooming I’ve ever paid for
