Came in at a total loss as to what kind of camera to get for my wife for her birdwatching. Dan could not have been more helpful - and patient! He took time to explain the differences and why what I had been looking into was overkill and an unnecessary expense.We had a similar experience with Carl when we purchased a range and refrigerator a few months ago.

I was having a problem with a sound bar I purchased from here twelve years ago. After having no success with troubleshooting, I called Ra-Lin and spoke with Dave in the electronics department. He asked me if i could bring in the bar to see if it worked in the store. It did, so I brought it home and hooked it up. At first it seemed to work, and I thought the problem had been resolved--but I was still having some issues. So I ended up calling Dave AGAIN (!). He spent more time on the phone with me, and everything's working now. Dave was absolutely GREAT (not to mention PATIENT) with helping me, even though we were working with a twelve-year-old piece of equipment. He never pushed me into buying something new. He's the best! And when I am ready to buy a new TV and/or sound bar, I will most definitely buy it at Ra-Lin. Thanks Dave!

I live about 20 miles from ra-lins and I had bought recently bought a new rifle (ruger pcc in 9mm) from a local gun dealer near me. He was retiring and I got a great price , Cept something was wrong with factory setup. It wouldn't hold zero at any distance. I couldn't find a local smith and A friend suggested ra-Lin. I told him I needed a gun smith not a microwave. Anyway! I brought it to Ra-Lin. Their smith, yes smith. Looked at it , showed me how to adjust the break down feature, bore sighted, it. Handed it back to me and said to try that. It was dead on. One hole all day long out to 75 yards or so. That's using a sig holo sight. Pretty good for these old eyes and a pistol caliber carbine. I asked him for a price for the lesson and the work. He just smiled and said " you'll be back ". He's right. Great job.
