Store manager is very nice. Knows how to talk to people and deal with problems very well. Deserves a raise or promotion. Staff was professional.

The least safe business I have ever visited and I worked with the homeless in Roxbury and talked down clients who were in the midst of psychotic episodes and were also high and circling our junior high volunteers on that day.
Rite aid closed numerous locations and for some reason chose Butternut (Syr) as their keeper within 15 miles of my house. NO other drive thru's. Teale Ave is closer but in bad weather I can't leave my dog in the car-- and "Rite Aid Pharmacy" isn't even appropriate b/c their 'pharmacy' isn't open on weekends or even past 6pm M-F.
(So I threaten my docs theatrically if they call in a script to the wrong locale--
Because you don't even have ANY recourse if a doc waits until end of the business day to submit an order. ...
(You can't get a script transferred after 5:30pm.)
So, ya know, "Sucky."

The people of rite aid are very courteous and answer like any of my questions I have.

The staff was very helpful and assisted me locate items in the store. Sad to see rows of shelves barren.

Okay, I had not been to this Rite Aid in at least a year & was utterly shocked to find almost every department lacking in inventory. There were locks on every freezer door. There were no aerosol deodorant products at all. The inventory in this Rite Aid is seriously lacking. I think I saw some items, such as candles, having 2 or 3 of one variation in stock. I was stunned to see that this store is about bare, there was no security guard by the door. In 2019 & 2020 I shopped here often & there was always a security guard at night. There was also no locked doors on the frozen & refrigerator items.

The employees that work there's 1st priority is tending to whatever help the the customers need!!!!!! I'm very appreciative in the service they provide!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
