Would NOT recommend this Mazda team. I leased my Mazda back in July. I was told by the salesman that there would be several features (wireless CarPlay, touchscreen, wireless charger) and found out that none of that was accurate after receiving my car. Once I realized these features were “not working” I tried to contact the office and did not get a response until I went in person. I was told it was a manufacturing error and these could all be installed. After several weeks of waiting for it to be approved by Mazda corporate and for service to receive the parts (as the salesman told me) I called in to find out he no longer worked there.
The GM and others on the sales team told me none of this could be installed, so for weeks I was lied to about approvals and parts. Even with all of this documented via email, the GM only offered me free service. All I wanted was to get out of this lease as it did not have all of the features I was promised. My husband and I had to continually call and eventually report to the better business bureau to receive responses. We eventually agreed to a small reimbursement as to not waste more of our time going back and forth.
This took months of effort and time on our end, I still have a lease without the features I was promised. We were extremely disappointed in the way that this was handled. I will never use this team again and would not recommend them.

I had a truly excellent experience at this Mazda dealership. The general manager Mr. Steven Abdel-Aziz and sales consultant Mr. Christian Granato were both outstanding—professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pressuring. They took the time to answer every question, walked me through options with honesty and patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference, and it’s clear they care about creating a positive experience for their customers. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for great service and a pleasant, straightforward dealership visit.

Good service. Very friendly and approachable mechanics. They only charge for what you want fixed. They’re open with what they’re charging you for and are fast. My only problem was that they wanted around $3,000 to fix my key issue. That included replacing start stop unit, low frequency module, and replacing/re-connecting key fob. I can’t afford to pay that much to fix my key issue so I declined the work. They were very helpful though and gave us a loaner while repairing my vehicle.

I really enjoyed working with Christian from start to finish, and the overall vibe of the place was very friendly. In fact, Christian helped me out a little bit after my purchase with a slight problem I encountered, and he was great. Very clean and well-run facility as well.
