Service appointment with a list of several things to be done. Zak took care of all my requests. Gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for hours. Zak was courteous, very pleasant, and this was one of the best service appts I've had at Romano Subaru.

If you do not like the car buying process, please go see Amer Amer at Romano Subaru and I bet you will enjoy it this time. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt during the entire experience. I think it says a lot about Amer that I continue to feel happy about the process even after having the car for a week. Everything felt fun, factual and fair.
Normally, I would rather drive a car for over a decade than to have to feel vulnerable to sales pitches. Unfortunately, my car was totaled by a red light runner so I had no choice. I procrastinated as long as I could. I tried to blame the bad weather for a reason not to go but I made myself get it over with. It was Black Friday and I felt I should check out some 2025’s before they’re gone to try and save a little.
I was dreading this process but within minutes of entering Romano Subaru on Black Friday morning I felt at ease.
My experience began with a such a kind, calm welcoming from a man introducing himself as Borzou. He speaks with a genuinely kindness and his eyes show it. I appreciate people like this. Borzou made sure we were comfortable as I wanted to wait for the salesman I had spoken to very briefly the week before. As I waited I decided that my previous salesman and I only spoke for a few minutes so It wouldn’t be disrespectful to have someone else assist me that day.
I walked over to talk to Borzou in the front office to see if he was a salesman because I felt very comfortable with him. I had even more respect for this dealership when he kindly explained that he was one of the managers there. Wise choice Romano Subaru… it says a lot about a company who they choose to manage and represent it.
I explained that I was open to talking to someone else and Borzou immediately guided Amer over to assist us. Once again I was impressed and at ease.
Amer has a similar genuineness about him like Borzou. Someone can say all the right things but for me I need to see in your eyes that what you say is how you really feel. Amer is this guy. Exactly the kind of person I want to deal with when I have big decisions to make that I want to feel good about after.
I highly recommend contacting Amer if you have an interest in purchasing a new car or even checking out the options to test the water a little if you are unsure. He was so kind, genuine and helpful and fun to work with during this experience and we weren’t even looking to get anything fancy. He personality is so natural and genuine that I trust he would have had the exact same disposition whether we were buying the most inexpensive model or fanciest.
Thank you to Borzou and Amer for making this such a pleasant and fun experience. I look forward to meeting with Jenna in the near future. I think it’s wonderful that she sets up a meeting to go over any questions that arise with the new car once we try it out and to take time to help new owners get the most from the vehicles technology. I’m looking forward to setting up a time soon.
This is how relationships are built between customers and dealerships. I don’t want to have to shop around. I want to know who I can trust and be myself with to ensure I’m getting exactly what I want and that is where I will return in the future as well as recommend to those I care about.

While traveling on Rte 81 in Pennsylvania in November, my husband drove too close to a semi resulting in a broken tail light on and dented side panel on the passenger side. Since I purchased my Subaru Forester Hybrid from Romano Subaru, I wanted the repairs done at the dealership. Kassidy at Romano arranged everything, including a Subaru Crosstrek for me to drive until the repairs are completed on my car. She texts me with updates so I am aware of the progress on my car. I cannot thank her and technicians enough for their courtesy and professionalism!
