There is a reason people say, go to Rudy they are the best. It's absolutely true. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful! I brought my car there due to a car accident and they made a normally extremely stressful process so much easier. Bringing my car to Rudy was the best decision I could have made, I would have been tied up in red tape without them. They do great work and they do it with kindness! 10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I always take our cars here. They are so amazing and totally honest which is hard to find. Whether it needs an oil change, undercoating or collision work, I always go to Rudy Schmid. They are the best!!

Rudy Schmidt did body work on my car following an accident. They did an excellent job on my car and kept me informed of the status. Got my car back today and it looks like I just drove it off the car dealers lot. They even detailed it. I couldn't be more pleased with the people and the quality of the workmanship.

Rudy Schmid did a great job repairing my car after someone rear-ended my Equinox. They are very informative and sent several text updates to keep me informed which was nice. Not only was their workmanship awesome, they were very charismatic and professional. I didn’t realize they also provide car maintenance as well, and I was totally impressed with the state of the art equipment they have. If I need future repairs this is where I’ll be taking my car no question. How refreshing to find a business today that makes you feel comfortable with a true sense that they genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Called about a small repair to rv where sideview mirror was ripped off and needs to be reset. I have 32' class a rv, and so it isnt easy finding shops that can take it. Their website advertises services for buses and tractor trailers, but yet I was told that my 'vehicle was too big to get inside'. When i questioned how they serviced buses and tractor trailers then? She changed the story and said they didnt have a tech to work on big vehicles...disappointing

I recently had front-end damage repaired. It looked great when completed. An added benefit was that the entire inside of my car was cleaned when we picked it up. They even cleaned my winter floor matts.

Definitely recommend to everyone! I am an independent contractor and my car was in desperate need of a lower ball joint and control arm. I got my Rust Check refreshed, after 1 year. The rust proofing, though it's initially kind of fragrant, is very thorough. I feel confident driving through Syracuse winters since purchasing this product. I appreciate Rudy Schmidt, and their capable technicians, and would recommend them to anyone looking for rust prevention for their vehicle.
