The staff is amazing. They all are willing to answer questions. They don't talk down to you or at you, they listen. They also flat out let you know what is expected.

I am in the process of reunification with my daughter. I feel very unsupported at the family place. It seems very very unprofessional and the staff seems very uneducated on how to be supportive of a family going through this process.
