Do not let DSS send you and your family to that place. It's rundown and dirty, and it honestly needs to be condemned. Living there feels like being in prison. I lasted about two weeks, and I spent more on buying my own food because the meals they serve are worse than dog food. I've seen animal shelters that are cleaner than this facility. The only positive experience I had was with Ms. Alice; she is truly a sweetheart.

It's a great place to buy good stuff at an affordable price. Staff is extremely friendly. I work in the Adult Rehabilitation Center on Erie Blvd E. Syracuse NY. Which is a great long term spirituality based program for those who struggle with addiction.

If I could give it a zero(0) I would!!!! They are so unprofessional & vindictive!!!!! They went through ny daughter's things & threw away her kids birth documents. They also kept her laundry detergent & her personal identity ( ss card). When asked to speak to a supervisor about the situation, I was told they would be in on MONDAY!!! This was a Friday that I came for my possessions after being discharges unfairly when I was told to come in before 9 pm & I arrived shortly after( 9:27). The one supervisor was showing favoritism towards another resident & I called her out for it. They did not feed her or her kids on numerous occasions, as I was a witness via video chat!!!!. This 8s inhumane how the staff yesterday resident's

Overpriced merchandise, overcrowded clothes racks not organized by size( a HUGE waste of time to find your own size), and poorly treated "volunteers" ( they are not volunteers, they are residents in the rehab program in the building next door, required to work without pay in the store ), and no returns if something doesn't work(!).There are MUCH better thrift stores in the area, so my recommendation is to go to one of those instead. Don't reward a supposedly Christian store that doesn't do unto others as they would have them do unto them.
