I got a small personal loan start to finish was out of there less than 5 minutes. The person I had the pleasure of working with was Vincent Moody III. I’ve never had a banking experience as wonderful, quick, easy, and smooth as going working with Vincent. 10/10 will be using him for all my future loan needs.

In bank they employees are great but to try and talk to a real person on the phone noot so much. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally had to hang up to get ready for work. Never got to speak with a chat Specialist

Always happy with the service, friendliness, and professionalism at SEFCU. I just wish they'd open up the downtown branch.
