I asked if they had a specific vape charger, the sales person told me yes and handed me a box. I bought it and immediately opened it realizing it was the wrong size. I asked if I could return it and he said they don’t do returns. Moral of the story, have the person open the box to confirm what you’re buying is what they say you’re buying.

They don’t allow returns so if the product (CBD) doesn’t sit well with you, you’re unable to return it.

I knew I should of just came right to this location. I called, and they were very thorough and so polite and nice.. I had such a terrible time today finding what I needed, wasting my time calling around and driving over 45 mins out of my way just for another smoke shop to tell me they had what I needed and then DIDNT !! But these ppl right here were such a MAJOR HELP TO ME!!! Provided everything that I NEEDED.. offered me so much and more!! … always looking out for their customers.. i was coming from Oswego and I knew I was making the BEST CHOICE going straight to them. They never let me down EVER, no matter what the situation is regarding !! They’re always there for their customers and so amazing at what they do!! They ACTUALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWWW WHAT THEY’RE talking about!!!!!! The #1 BESTTTT PLACE TO GO IN SYRACUSE AND THATS 100% correct !!!!!!
