We called a few times, each a few different days apart.Nobody answers the phone. Their website is even worse!There is no ease of use / user-friendly interface w their website! Most people have specific days off per week. We understand each aesthetician has & makes their own hours because they're a contract employee. When a customer has only specific days available, it makes no sense to have to look into each individual's schedule availability! They have many contractors working there & it would take a few days just to figure out which individual would be appropriate for your needs AND ascertain which days they're avail!Not only that but our schedule is jam packed so we're also avail only specific hours. To have to wade through all the individual's credentials & criteria FIRST & then try to choose a day only to learn they don't even work that day is stressful!They need a system where one can choose the date 1st, then the type of appt, then choose who you'd like to reserve the appt with. Doing it the way they have set up now is backwards. You don't have to remove that method of choosing your aesthetician first but allow users to ALSO choose how they want to reserve or find their DATES availability FIRST & then choose the person.We'd love to go when we're in the area again but there's no way w their current website set-up!

Anna is fantastic! She knows what styles will and won’t work for your hair. Her command of color is amazing! She makes sure to have extensive consultation before doing anything so you know exactly what needs to happen to get the result you want. Her studio is also super fun!!

Anna at Sola Salon is great! She constantly checks in with her clients to see if they are still liking the haircut as she’s cutting. She takes her time and tries to make her clients feel at home in her studio. She heard I was doing my wedding hair on my own (i’m not a cosmetologist), and she took the time to walk me through, step by step, how to get the look I want on my wedding day. She gave me the inside scoop of what products to buy and where I could buy them. As long as I live in Syracuse, I’ll be going to Anna!

Every breath brings an overabundance of fragrance worthy of an abrupt and unending coughing jag. Spaces are so small here that they must be designed for elf's rather than people. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, big mistake. The salon operator was more interested in extending her conversation with her client than getting me in on time. Never again!
