Half my food was wrong and hard which is gross and my drinks were warm watered down with NO ICE????? You would think if they were out of ice they would tell you when ordering? Do not recommend this sonic or the other one in this area either they both suck.

absolutely garbage customer service. didn’t even get greeted at upon coming to the drive thru. she was rude saying “what do you want” i asked for a shake she said we don’t got that, then why is it being displayed on the menu?? and then i asked for the m&m frozen zone and she said we don’t got that, just being lazy and didn’t want to do her job.

Service was great but the food should have never left the window but $65 worth of food majority of it was cooked in the fryer tenders mozzarella sticks tater tots and it was all terrible super bitter, tried to eat it but was si bad like silly bad, threw it away I work in the food industry and I know when oil is bad or burnt in that oil was beyond usable should have never been used and should have never been served food out of it and we had family come over and went out of our way because they wanted to try Sonics and drove all the way back 20 minutes from the location absolutely horrible

Every wait in line every time I come here is at least 15 minutes to a half an hour. Why do I keep giving them a chance!

I was hopeful this Sonic was going to have better service than the one on Erie Blvd but it is just as terrible. There is no point in ordering through the Sonic app because when you arrive at your stall they don’t bring the food out. You have to hit the red button for them to tell you “drive-thru only”. When you pull up to the drive thru ordering, you have to wait 5 minutes until someone even acknowledges that you’re there waiting. Then you have to wait another 10 plus minutes for a simple drink. The service is painstakingly slow, the employees’ attitudes are not welcoming or nice, and ultimately it’s not worth stopping.

This Sonic has the most rude and unprofessional fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I waited a very long time and then was yelled at because I asked for them to actually make what I ordered. I will never be coming back here.

The wait was horrible, and the staff were rude. The drive in is closed and they are short staffed. The wait was over 40 minutes.

2 people working the building, food came out slow and ice cold, not impressed. Too much money for cold food, GO ELSEWHERE to spend your money.

Worst experience ever. There was plastic in my sonic blast which cut the roof of my mouth. The rest of my food was incorrect and cold. Left a message at the restaurant but never received a call back. Reached out to corporate through email and they didn't call me either.

Obviously nobody cares about this place. Waited 30 min in the drive thru. Then watched 2 black employees play on their phone for 10 min before helping me. And they said they didn't have my order. Wouldn't give me their name or manager name. Hopefully this place will be closed soon.

We placed a order on Uber eats. It said the order was complete, we arrived and we sat at the dive through for 10 minutes and no one greeted us. We pull up to the window and a kid is staring at his phone. We waited for 5 minutes then got his attention then we were told they did not have our order we pulled it up on the app and they insisted they still didn't have our order. We drove off and double-checked the app went back through the and waited 30 minutes. We showed them the order on the app and they insisted they still didn't have it.When I asked the manager name at that time she said her name. She then closed the window and started joking with her employee. I then honked my horn and asked her again what her name was. She started it was Lee a young lady with red dreads in her hair.I will be calling corporate

There was a young lady working on 2/9/2024 that was absolutely amazing. She must have been doing 5 jobs at once. She was working the register, drive thru, and bringing drinks out to the cars. She was incredibly kind and I really hope that she is recognized by the leadership team for all that she does. Anyone would be truly lucky to have her on their team!
