Wow if I knew I was going to be sitting in this store for two hours just to return a modem I would ve went to the post office. For one TURN THE MUSIC DOWN so people can here you. #2 whoever called my name didn't bother to walk through the store to see if I was still there.

I'm a current spectrum customer both internet and mobile. But I tell you what big mistake. Worst customer service especially the mobile. They lie about bills and promotions. Call the customer service back to back you will get 2 different answers for same question. I have tried all the providers before I switch to spectrum Sprint was number 1 on my list for being the worst provider. But spectrum top that. I switch to spectrum because I still like my internet and never had to deal with customer service alot š so I thought mobile system would be either better or same. Nope
Then there comes their failled system spectrum mobile does not provide you full call statement because they don't have missed call info only incoming and out going.
I was dealing with a big issue at my kids school and the school was claiming they had called me and it was never answered so I wanted to pull the statement to see who's lying. The customer service agent told me that's an issue we are trying to fix we just don't have missed call history in the statements.
I have a auto payment set for my monthly payment. And I switched my payment method so the new bank always puts the hold on payment if it's suspicious until I confirm it and the spectrum had tried the payment again and again so when I approved the payment all the payments they been trying back to back has went through and now I'm charged 3 times same amount. When I called the customer service the representative clueless and responses so slow š I was like oh so your having internet issues too. Any ways she just was telling me yes we tried payments and still trying the payment failed. I said it's weekend the payment will process on Monday stop sending payments it's still pending.
So I recommend do not switch to spectrum mobile. I'm switching to another provider ASAP.

I left a great comment here after switching to spectrum. Since then have found out initial person i spoke lied misled me after a week of bs I get my phone and a call from a fake company trying to get me to send phone back. This call felt fishy so I brought my new phone here to Omaji he's probably the only reason I stayed with spectrum. He set up my new phone activated it same number and transferred my data. I was so missed but Omaji was so personable and helpful. Also knowledgeable about how things work. I wish I had started my plan with this gentleman and not had to deal with the lies and misleading I recieved when calling spectrum directly. Also I'd advise making an appt prior to going to store to reduce your wait time. I didn't wait but 30 seconds but I can see how busy that place gets. So if getting new mobile phone line thru spectrum. GO IN IN PERSON!!!!! And ask for Omaji! I know i will. Thank you so much for setting up my phone and verifying everything so I was finally on the same page as spectrum. I mentioned him a couple times but being treated like a person and with respect goes a long way with me. Thank you again Omaji!! You need a raise!!

This store allows illegal unauthorized charges. Even if you remove a card from a account they will still charge it and refuse to refund it unless you are a authorized user on that account. Don't trust this store

Already hate Spectrum and now they shut down the only store on the west end of the county. Now you have to go to Erie blvd. Cicero or Dewitt. If it was not the only option for where I'm located I would NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!

Everybody hates spectrum. We all know this, but to sit in an hour and a 1/2 in a lobby to turn in a cable modem, that was incapable of reaching the five hundred megabits promised! (300) on a good day. It is absolutely ridiculous, Everybody hates spectrum.

If you go during peak times, be prepared to wait. There were 2 or 3 representatives for at least 17 people the last times I stopped in. An "express lane" for bill payments, equipment returns, and other services that can be handled in 5-10 minutes may help. Otherwise, the customer service was great.
As far as service, paying the same amount for internet only vs internet+TV doesn't sit well.
