Terrible service in every way, I advise you not to look for any service with this company, they sell you something and then you realize that it is not like that, they raise your bills and tell you that you are without a contract but then as time goes by things change , I do not advise having any service with them.

Waited 45 just to return equipment and not a single person was called ahead of me. Finally left and mailed the equipment from a drop spot. I'm not sure what everybody was doing with all those people waiting but it's not worth going there. If you can avoid it at all cost, do so.

Update 1-10-24 same thing different date-customer service pushing sales even AFTER I told them im all set...NO MEANS NO, ive about had it with spectrum and about to cancel.Extremely rude customer service is service at the counter's ridiculous is ridiculous wait times and and when you make an appointment is appointment and the technician shows up they don't even take the equipment with them when I called the customer service line they wanted me to make another appointment for them to come get the stuff they forgot which is outrageous I'm very close to discontinuing my service with Is spectrum indefinitely

They keep increasing the price while more and more outages happen. 3 to 4 times a month my internet just stops working for hours at a time. Getting sick of this garbage company.

Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible…. I checked-in at 4:30 pm and now is 6 pm and I’m still waiting. I wanted to add another account but I think I’m just going to walk out . Absolutely horrible!!!!!

This review is about the Erie Blvd. store which has the most rude, incompetent nasty people of any establishment I have even seen. I had my credit card which the number is on file, stolen and won't get a new one for a few days, so I went to this store to pay my bill for cable last Saturday which the email I had with me says was due on Dec. 21. The guy behind the counter first wanted ID. I told him I didn't think anyone was going to commit fraud by paying my bill, but never the less gave him by drivers license which he took a long look at and then spent several minutes looking at his computer screen and then announced he was going to save me money. I told him I receive all the local stations over the air and only needed internet which I wanted to pay for. He went on and on and refused to listen to what I want was to pay the bill. He then said the bill wasn't due until January even though the email said otherwise. When I raised my voice saying I just wanted to pay the bill another young fellow came over and said again the bill wasn't due which was clearly incorrect. I told him I didn't want to listen to anymore sales pitches and he tells me that their only job is to sell. He still won't take my payment and says because I pointed at them I had to leave the store or they would call the police. If I had time I would have waited for the police and let them explain what crime I committed by trying to pay my bill.Later I went to the store on West Genesse Street showed them the email about the due date and they took my payment without any demand for an ID or any sales pitch. It didn't take more than a minute and they politely gave me a receipt for the payment. I then told them what happened at the Erie store and he then said "That is a horrible store". If anyone knows where I can make a complaint to senior management, please let me know.

Absolutely garbage svc. On the phone they act like you've made a reservation but once you arrive you realize you havent. Waiting an hr+ to pick up equipment is ridiculous. Spectrum hands down has the worse in-store customer svc.

Spoke to a very rude girl who told me they only do phones at this location. (Found out that was a lie) poor customer service. They sent me up the street to another spectrum and thank god they did because I dealt with an extremely helpful woman name nala. she was exactly the kind of person you want to help explain the break down of a spectrum bill she was thorough and took the time to really explain so a old woman such as myself understands she saved a customer for this company. my review for this store is don't even waste your time going here they are horrible go up the street to the Dewitt store and see Nala she will help you out!

I’m bad with names but the lady who helped me get a new phone and watch was awesome!!! She made it quick although the old phone had other plans hahahaha. The phone was a breeze to set up and she made the whole experience outstanding. If you have issues with being patient then I do suggest make an appointment as like every company since Covid they are short staffed especially on a Sunday. I went with no appointment checked in waited I’d say an hour ish then I was helped quick and efficiently, like I said granted the old phone took FOREVER. All in all a great experience for a spur of the moment phone upgrade.Thank you for the help!!!

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. Admitted to our issues being on their end, and still forced us to pay over a thousand dollars. Because THEY screwed up. Awful. I hope you go bankrup. You treat you employees terrible as well. I feel bad for them. Company is crooked as a question mark. I will no longer being doing business with you, and I will make sure everybody I know, is aware of these issues. You suck.

Jon (bald from Weedsport) was fantastic. He was fast, friendly, well informed, understood our problem and gave us several options as solutions. He answered every question, saved us money and made sure we understood the changes as we switched from Verizon to spectrum. He dealt with our phones, our home service, modem and explained what to do if there were still problems with our service.We also witnessed the employee Jared helping the customer next to us who was increasingly angry and loud. He remained professional and helpful throughout. Jon also worked with Jared as a team to politely confirm that the help being offered was the solution in spite of her heated frustration.I haven't ever had such a positive experience with Spectrum until Jon and Jared. Thank you.

If possible, I would give Spectrum zero stars!! I was lied to by Jonathan Curry and ended up with a “free phone” that is definitely not free. I have tried to return the phone by visiting this location and also by speaking to customer service. While everyone agrees that Jonathan was terribly deceitful, no one is willing to make this right. The corporate culture is one that encourages and supports deception. Stay away from Spectrum!! SHAME ON YOU, JONATHAN!!!!
