I went for a haircut and asked for layers and ended up with very uneven and choppy pieces. I am unable to wear my hair in a ponytail now and it will take a very long time to grow out. The girl who cut my hair was very nice but unfortunately I would not recommend her and will not go to supercuts again. She didn't dry my hair after the cut so I couldn't see what it looked like until I got home and dried it myself.

Made an appointment for 6:15 and I arrived at 6:10. Left at 7 with no haircut because the stylists prioritized someone who came in after me.

Went in and was greeted. The manager of the shop came out and took me back to her station and did a very short cut as requested and it came out fabulous.

Recently broke up with my long term stylist over a botched coloring job, and needed to trim off some of the damage. I always wrote off Supercuts because of the negative attention it usually gets. I decided, whatever, they cant mess it up more than my private stylist did! Im so glad I gave them a shot and booked Erica after looking at reviews at this location real quick; She was very sweet and attentive. She made sure to listen to me which was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you Erica you did a much better job than my last stylist and at half the cost!
