medical staff seemed very hostile when i asked when my doctors coming in to give my grandma a check up. I sat in the room for over an hour . had to reschedule.

This place is Horrible nasty and the staff is not connected with the patient are hour and hours in the waiting room is stressful, they don't know how to do their job, Dr Maygoe Sheehan prescribed medication and when I went to the pharmacy they didn't receive because he didn't ordered is a joke

I got shot in the head. Ive been there twice begging for help and all I get is complete nonsense. This place is a tax scam. The city needs to shut it down.

Ppl go there for mental illness see Dr.Islam great Doctor, prescribe the right medication, understood everything! then his gone now next appointment Dr.Hines & Dr Whitney whatever religion they are and tell patients to go too church!!!!!!!!!ppl can go too church but there’s more to mental illness than being offered church, How crazy patients being referred too church. Unbelievable cmon like where so you all get these doctors. They need to go preach somewhere else

Well I had a prescription for 60 pills from the pharmacy and I received 30. Not sure who can't count to 60 at a pharmacy. But I feel that that is a fairly important part of being a pharmacist. They need to work on that. I highly recommend everyone count every single medication they give you on their counter in front of them so they don't accuse you of trying to get free meds. Don't pay till it's right and if it holds up the line that's their fault/problem

Inconsistencies with appointment scheduling. The first time requesting a rescheduled date was straightforward and simple, but the next attempt at rescheduling I was transferred four times and told to leave a message with the doctor themselves. This is also after attempting to get ahold of them for several days with no one answering the phone.

I’ll give them another 1 starWhere are the doctors?My pharmacy called in for a refill 6 days ago. I’ve been off my medicine since then still no answer from the “doctor”, I can’t believe they have done this to me multiple times to me.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The doctors are rude, every time I call, there is nobody to answer or respond to the messages left, nurse practitioner sends in incorrect prescriptions - it’s a mess. Stay away if at all possible.

Very hard to schedule appointments. Most of the time no one answers. You are asked to leave a message which is not returned. I have been trying to schedule appointments with podiatry and eye care at the S. Salina location for the past several days, and currently still trying. I am already a registered patient there. I am under doctors care and these appointments vital and important to my health care. I feel that more receptionists should be hired to schedule appointments.

I’ve gone through CAPS since March for medication management and I’ve had nothing but an awful experience here. Dr. Aslam will talk over you, not listen and when you try to explain that things are not working he claims you are not trying hard enough. I recently saw Dr. Hines and he was going to call in 3 medications for me. He never called anything in the day of like he said, so I called the office and he then did (kinda). He sent in only one of three. Not only that, he sent in the WRONG medication. I’ve called and left 4 voicemails on separate days (which seems excessive, but when it’s medication can you blame me?) and have had no returned calls and no correction. Please do not come here for med management. I don’t want anyone else to be as frustrated as I’ve been.

I recently took my children to get a dental exam and a cleaning for the first time at this location. This review is specifically for the dental hygienist, Ms. Milton. She was amazing and went out of her way to fit my kids into her busy work day. She was friendly and kind to my children and did a great job with their cleanings. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

My fiancee was in the hospital for 6 days in April. Had a follow up appointment with a doctor at the East Fayette location at the end of April. Nothing was done. Received a text from the center to set up cancer screening per some findings from his hospital stay. CAN NOT GET THROUGH to anyone to set up the screening. Option 3 and 6 just rings then says there is nobody to answer the call. It's like a cruel, sick joke. Way to handle human lives.

I wish they answered the phones. It’s so unprofessional. I left a voicemail and I shouldn’t have to drive here to schedule an appointment. My son was in the hospital for three days. I called for a follow up appointment. Never received a phone call back. Guess patients aren’t a priority.
