CarrieAnn was the loan office that I worked with, I wanted to get all my negative credit resolved in order to obtain the car loan that I wanted, she was instrumental in making this happen! She communicated every step of the way, had great knowledge/recommendations, and ultimately helped me achieve my goal. I appreciated her patience with me and getting me back on the right track. This is the best credit union to be a part of and it's cause of people like CarrieAnn!!!

I have been banking here for over 35 years. I have used their services for auto loans and personal loans. The staff is always kind and helpful and Patient with me. I call almost daily for assistance and each time I am greeted with a friendly voice.

So disappointed in this fcu.1-The fact that Roxanne is now the CEO is unfortunate. She holds grudges, makes things up, etc. Long ago, I fell behind on my car payment. I was paying monthly plus $50. Kiki decided that instead of putting my payment toward my car, she would put it in all of my accounts, and one account that wasn’t mine. I lost every penny from that account. This made it look, as I was making partial payments on my auto. I was speaking with Bill, Ryan, the CEO back then. He told me to come in at 4 o’clock To discuss. Before 4 o’clock, they had my car repossessed. I straightened it out with Bill and got my car back, but Roxanne held it against me over 20 years later.2-So many things have gone wrong recently. I had to withdraw a large sum of money. I called first to make sure it could be removed immediately, and I was told yes, come on in. When I got there, they refused. I said it was imperative- it’s mine. They said we don’t always carry that much money in the bank, but I called and was told they could withdraw it. 3 people come to the window, ganging up on me. They finally gave me my money.3- I got a letter stating that because my card was hacked so much they were putting me on probation. I called about that and said it made no sense, hacking is a crime and I am the victim of a crime. Why should I be punished? Loretta accused me of online shopping at less than reputable places and said that I admitted it. Lie- I shopped at Walmart and Amazon. It could be the fault of the credit union, not protecting their cards properly, so they take it out on their members. I was yelled at by Loretta and interrupted Constantly. I had to not be hacked for six months in order to be able to keep my debit card. She transferred me to the Tonya. They both ganged up on me again. Yes, I got mad when I was verbally abused. They Of course hung up on me. it’s not the first time - This is there m o. It is punishment, for something that very well might have been their fault. They are terribly unprofessional and abusive. They finally sent me a letter stating that they were closing out all my accounts, except for savings, and I could never step foot in the branch again. Like I was dangerous, I never did/said anything threatening. I tried to get good service- go figure. The only good person is Megan who handles my auto loan, I’m staying with her and she will pull from my new account with a different financial institution. This kind of harassment should be stopped.

Nisa loan “specialist” Tells you things are in your loan agreement that are not there. When you ask where in the loan agreement you could find that, she puts you on hold and then tells you that you need to speak to the branch manager. Andrea, the branch manager also tells you there’s things in the agreement that are not there, again when you ask where specifically in the loan documentation she has no answer. The biggest reason for the one star is if you pay your loan payments ahead which I did, Maria happily goes in there and changes your due dates back and tells you that that’s common practice and they do not notify the consumer. My auto loan was a few months ahead and was reversed and applied to principle rendering two months payments not made. Had I not caught it in the app they told me I would’ve gotten a call two weeks after the due date with a late charge. How do I know that I have to pay for a specific month when my record show that those months were paid? Complaint has been made as this is probably illegal, if not totally unethical and irresponsible to reverse someone’s auto payments and not notify them of the new due date and let them go into default.

Horrible bank, Shady and unethical behavior there. Find yourself a credit union that cares about its consumers. Auto payment due dates changed without notification to the consumer, just doesn’t seem right without notifying the consumer. Also not a few days, 2 months payments reversed to principal with no notice to me, Had I not caught this in the app my next few car payments would have been late
