My husband and I went to Tarson pools in Manlius, looking for an automatic vacuum cleaner. The salesman could not bother to get out of his chair to come over even after the customer service representative requested help and when I had more than one question he got upset I told him he’s a real peach and I’m now next-door at Liverpool pool and spa.

Helpful staff, looked up everything I needed to close pool while offering other tips. Please keep open year round! I often close the pool late and have had parts break during the winter and was unable to fix until spring.

Great experience every time we go there for pool supplies, chemicals, etc.
Justin is an expert in all things related to pools and spas: chemistry, mechanicals/pump/robot questions, maintenance and repairs, and general info/advice. He has saved us money many times.
Autumn and the rest of the staff have always been wonderful. Courteous, welcoming and efficient. Kudos to their customer service!

Justin goes way above and beyond to help all the customers. He is well worth the wait because he makes sure we all have what we need and understand why. He is amazing. The only issue is that Tarson Fairmount closes for the winter. This forced me to go to Liverpool Pool and Spa for hot tub supplies who gave me the wrong info which Justin straightened out for me. WE NEED TARSON FAIRMOUNT OPEN YEAR ROUND!

Justin was very helpful and accommodating on a busy day! My pool was in distress and he took his time to explain what I needed to do. He wrote down step by step and now a pool that was green and murky is clean as a whistle! Very satisfied with the service! Thank you

Very helpful.and great customer service. For those who are upset about unanswered calls. They have limited staff and are very busy with in-store customers. You can politely leave a brief message and call back number ,You will receive a call back that day .

Worst experience had a liner installed first was the wrong liner not a big deal but had a big hole in it. Took two weeks of phone tag till a new liner ordered proper liner. I went into the store to check status the girl at the service area was beyond rude. They finally come out to put second liner in then had to have come out again to fix it. I have had to fill this pool three times I’m taking the water bill off my bill a job that should of been three weeks the order of liner then install took 2 months. No compensation but oh sorry. Own your mistakes. The installer first time was really nice. Oh this was Taft road Tarson.

Didn't have the parts needed. They never answer the phone. Customer service there was friendly though.

Every time I went there, they suggested that I buy $300 to $500 worth of chemicals that were definitely not needed. As a business owner myself, I would definitely not sell somebody some thing that was not needed and for all the people that say, they don’t answer their phone. They are absolutely correct. By the way, I was foolish and bought the chemicals.

Shona and Justin are great! Every time I go they are fast, polite and professional. She has also gone above and beyond to help the guys when they are busy and has brought my massive chlorine tub to my trunk. Thank you guys!!
