I was going to write a whole essay about this place but all you really need to know is the service is exceptional and the sandwiches are outstanding. I got the Catherine with some add ons and the owner was more than happy to make any and all adjustments I asked for. The bread is perfection, and the quality of the meat and cheese speaks for itself. Seriously, must try.

I love this place so much, my roommate and I come here a couple times a week. Today they forgot to put my side of aioli in the bag and the man that works there came out to my car as I was leaving to give it to me. Exceptional service and even better food!

The sandwiches are out of this world. Everything is fresh and done on amazing stretch bread. Many of your tried and true Italian Staples as well as deli meats and cheeses. Hard to find pastas and sauces.

Hidden gem... well sort of! This place came highly recommended from my daughter friend also attends Syracuse. We ordered six subs right before graduation ended. When we came to pick up, there was a line out the door. The nice lady at the counter was running around and in what seemed like controlled chaos with grace and gave us our sandwiches in a timely fashion. Now let's talk about some of the best sandwiches I've ever had.... that should be illegal! we ordered the greens with crispy chicken cutlet Italian combo and it could not be any better! Amazing job...highly recommended! A+++++
