I love the lash factory not only for the amazing job they do but the staff that works there. I have been to multiple places over the years but the owner not only chooses talent staff but she chooses kind, compassionate and caring professionals. When any of the staff asks how are you today they mean it. Emily is the artist I normally go to and she is so talented and has become an appointment I look forward to just to catch up. I have been to at least all of the staff once and they are all amazing. Thank you all for your hard work and making us feel good when you leave! Kristen as an owner of this thriving business, still works as an artist and interacts with all her clients. Thank you Ladies you make a difference every day not only making us feel beautiful but because you’re all beautiful inside and out!

Had a wonderful time. Kirsten and Kiera were able to help me with an appt that fit my schedule.
Kiera was very knowledgeable on everything she did and she talked me through every step. I’m amazed on how much they care about their customers and all the effort they put into making your appt the best experience ever. I all ready booked another appt, looking forward to my next visit. Would highly recommend.

I went in to get a lash removal after getting my lashes done at a nail salon She was very professional. She was very nice. And she got the lashes off pretty well My natural lashes look way better than I thought they were going to so Definitely recommend! This was my first time going and definitely won’t be my last. Kiera was amazing!

As a guy who thought “body waxing” was something that only happened in movies, I am now a believer. I walked into the Lash Factory with equal parts curiosity and a hint of self consciousness. I walked out a changed man. Smoother, slightly traumatized, and oddly empowered. Overall a great experience.
From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with professionalism, zero judgment, and just the right amount of humor to keep me thinking I just might come back. They made me feel very comfortable. My technician was an absolute legend. Fast, skilled, and clearly trained in the art of pain minimization. She talked me through as we went, she was quick and thorough. The result was great. I now glide through bedsheets like a dolphin.
The space is private, beautiful and relaxing. It is minutes from downtown and the university.
There is free parking on site which made it easy to just pull up and walk into my appointment.
Fellas, hear me out: it’s 2025. There’s no shame in skincare or self-care—and if you’ve never been waxed before, you’re missing out on the adrenaline high of a lifetime.
I highly recommend.

I went here for the first time last night to get my brows laminated and WOW. What a cozy place, and super awesome vibes from the staff. I felt immediately welcomed, and the work they did on my stubborn brows was SO beautiful. I love them and will absolutely be coming back. Keira was so lovely and fun to talk to/meet. Thank you Keira!

I was in desperate need of finding a new lash artist after having a very unprofessional experience with my previous one. I found the lash factory online and was immediately drawn in. I booked an appointment with Kaleen and never looked back! She is always professional and makes me feel 100% comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Kaleen and any of the other women here. 5/5 stars isn’t enough!!!!!

Kaleen is a fabulous technician for lash extensions!! I moved here in November and tried a few places before I was lucky enough to find The Lash Factory! The place is adorable and super clean and she is so lovely and my lashes have never looked better OR lasted longer!! Look no further!!

This review is worth reading to the end!!!
For the past 9 months I have been consistently going to the Lash Factory, and they have been nothing short of amazing!
Summer of 2024 I needed to find a new lash technician. I tried one other place and did not like the vibe so searched further to find The Lash Factory.
I contacted them to set up my intial appointment asking them to do a “foreign fill” on someone else’s work and they were willing to accommodate my request.
I also shared with them how I was not completely thrilled with the “look” the last tech left me with. So before I even stepped foot into their salon they communicated so thoroughly to determine what type of look I was going for and wanted to make sure they understood so they could give me what I wanted.
When I did arrive to my first appointment I was impressed by the atmosphere! Once you walk in to their actual space it is so inviting. I have high standards, and their space met my expectations. They offer you slippers and ask for you to take off your shoes to keep the place clean. They even offer you a water.
My first appointment I was paired up with Keira and she is one of the sweetest people you would ever meet! She verified all the info I had already messaged and got straight to work.
As soon as I was able to open up my eyes, I was so thrilled with the outcome. She exceeded my expectations. Which was evident in that first week as I kept getting asked if I did something new with my lashes because of how good they looked.
But don’t stop reading yet, there is more!
Before my search last summer, I thought I liked the place I was going to. I liked how my lashes looked , but I had to go there weekly for fills to keep my desired look. THAT lash tech essentially told me that it was my fault I needed to go so frequently.
When determining/scheduling my second fill with Lash Factory I thought I needed yo go back in a week. The owner, Kristen told me that lashes are an investment, that she wants me to get my worth from them. That I shouldn’t need to go weekly… guess what, I haven’t needed to go there weekly. So I am saving not only money, but also my time which is more valuable.
Although I have been going here now for months for my lashes, I just recently also tried a facial, which was also a great experience. The facial left my skin feeling so refreshed and I was told that I looked like I was glowing.
There are so many more positive things I could say. (Like the fact they offer Lindt chocolate truffles or mints in their waiting area) But I’ll close with stating that I have verbally recommended for others to try out the Lash Factory, and all of them have also been very pleased with their services.

I love this place. I am a regular client of Emily. Her work lasts me noticeable longer than any other place I have been, doesn't hurt at all (unlike other people who have a lot of lashes attached at the end). I have also done a spray tan there and it looked amazing.

I've been seeing Keira for quite some time now and she not only does an amazing job but she is respectful and a super kind and caring soul! She always gets my lashes on point each and every time. I highly recommend seeing her 🙌🌟😎

I had a lash lift and tint done by Kristen. I am so happy with it! She did a fantastic job, I have already received so many compliments. All the staff is so amazing, you will not regret booking with anyone at The Lash Factory! I can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend
