We've hired Tile Town Carpet One twice now in the past year, for carpet, hardwood and LVT. All the installers were phenomenal, they worked with us and all were very detailed craftsman. Our salesman, Nate, was great both times, he really works to understand your needs, provides flexibility on options and work scope to help with budget and always ensures your satisfaction. Anyone looking for flooring should call up Nate! You won't be disappointed.

I was told carpet was in stock and installation should be complete in a couple of weeks, when in fact, the carpet was not in stock.Then I was told that the carpet was ordered but was damaged so it had to be ordered again. I ordered and paid for our Carpet 4/17. It was finally installed 6/5. Had I been aware the “in stock”carpet I had to order would take so long, I may have chosen to order a different carpet but was not given that option, communication was abysmal. Overall, an unnecessarily unpleasant experience due to failure to communicate and offer other options. Additionally, after being told the price would not vary more than $25 due to measurements, I was hit with $100 additional charge for measurement difference even though I was never shown what those differences were. I’ve been measuring houses for 38 years as a Real Estate Broker trained by appraisers in the measuring techniques of property. Disappointing experience.

I had a new vinyl floor put in our bedroom. The entire experience was great!! I never felt pressured while picking the flooring out when taking multiple trips to the store. The installation went incredibly smoothly. The gentleman who came was pleasant and went right to work. I love the new floor and it was easy working with Tile Town Carpet.

Jason and Ryan were great. Arrived before scheduled time, moved heavy furniture, installed carpet , and cleaned up. All done thoroughly and efficiently. This is second time I’ve used TTC for carpet. Will use them again in the future.

Laurie Shapiro was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a carpet for our stairs. It’s a lovely carpet. Installation was fast. Looks great.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Dave who treated us from beginning to end with patience professionalism and unbelievable help. He was extremely knowledgable and made our flooring home renovation so easy and seamless! Really can’t say enough about how personable he was and how amazing tile town is we will be coming back again soon for our next project!

Staff was excellent from the sales person to the workers. Sales person Flora has great design ideas and was a tremendous help in helping us choose the flooring we wanted to replace. The workers were great. They were always on time and did an excellent job. We absolutely love our new floors!

Mike and Jacob did a great job of installing my new carpet today! They went above and beyond what most people would do. In and out in 2 hours and they were courteous and explained everything.
