I would give them a 5 star review however. I brought my car in today to get 1 door tinted due to the glass needing to be replaced. I booked online for 12:00. After sitting there for 2 hours I asked how much longer on my vehicle and I told her that it shouldn’t take 2 hours for one window. The receptionist started giving my girlfriend and I attitude. Very unprofessional and name calling. They do great work but the person that is the face of the company does not know how to treat customers. Just go the The Tint Shop in Rochester!!

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and no one in the building and they don’t answer the phone. The automated message is of no help and even after leaving and returning an hour later, no one has answered or arrived. Scam alert ?

We made an appointment for 30 minutes after opening, received two appointment reminders from Tint Squad throughout the week, and nobody was in the building. The AI chat assistant offered zero help, just kept telling me I couldn’t speak to anyone, but they were open. I guess we were just SOL.

Tint squad is a must ! The owner was such a sweetheart ! He over heard me talking about how the cord on my air fryer broke ?and immediately offered to rewire it for no charge ! I was in an out in 2 hours , left with 5% and and a fixed air fryer . Went out of his way when he didn’t have to ! Great people !!!

DO NOT GO HERE ! Very unprofessional, don’t answer the phones nor communicate with customers . Took almost 4 hours even with me dropping my car off the night before for a 9:30 appointment for it to be done . And when expressing your frustration they acted so unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! By far the most poorly run business I’ve ever been too, the owner is a complete POS and doesn’t care about his customers or workers. Took 4 hrs to complete 2 front windows and his excuse was that they didn’t pull it in until 2 hrs after scheduled appointment when the whole process takes 40 minutes. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Like I said take your business elsewhere and don’t bother with these guys!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Tint Squads is definitely the place you want to go to get professional window Tint done on your vehicle because it always comes out so good! I won’t go anywhere else but these guys at Tint Squad! They are very respectful and professional. Also to mention with NY dum laws if you get pulled over for your tint they will also remove the tint for you and give you a receipt to show it was removed so your ticket gets thrown out. You guys are awesome business for all your work tinting needs.??Services: Sun control window tinting

have had my car tinted in many places, but none have provided the level of service that I have experienced at this particular establishment. Not only were their prices extremely affordable, but the fact that it is a family business makes it even more appealing.
