12 0clock in the afternoon wanted a sub guy tells me we are not making subs right now. Ok thought that was strange so I checked out and asked to speak to manager asked what reason there not making subs he says no reason they should be making subs goes back talks to guy comes back and says he will make you a sub i say no thanks. Deli customer service sucks at this store.

Very expensive grocery store. Things cost more and the quality and useful friendly associates is low at the Shop City Plaza location. Wegmans or Green Hills Farms are usually lower priced, friendlier associates and better food quality.

Tops is honestly a disappointing shopping experience. The prices are nearly on par with Wegmans, but the quality is nowhere close. If I’m going to pay that much, I expect better selection, fresher produce, and a more pleasant store environment. Unfortunately, Tops doesn’t deliver on any of those fronts. It just doesn’t make sense to pay premium prices for subpar goods and a lackluster experience. I keep hoping for improvement, but it’s consistently underwhelming.

I was looking for fennel in the produce department. The location in the produce section for the funnel was empty in the label was still there. That is not the problem. The problem was I could not find a single person other than cashiers, to see if there were any in back. I understand stories get busy. I've had 37 years in retail. But there was nobody to be found anywhere on the floor in any department. The store, however was very clean and seemed well organized.
