“Best service I’ve received in Syracuse regarding my car. I left Mr.tire disappointed because they ordered the wrong tires and tried to up charge me for their mistakes. Thank God, I called Cannon’s Tire just to see if they’d be able to help me buy and install snow tires for my car before my trip tomorrow. The customer service was amazing, and I regret not coming here first. The prices are great, affordable, and worth it, the tires truly look new, and they it was so convenient because they have a warehouse full of the tires they sell, so you can order and install on the same day. The crew is really hard at work and care for the customers they work with. I’m very impressed, I will be back, and a customer forever!”

“These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We stopped in on valentine's day for a simple purchase of a battery. The son of the owner saw that it was only 2 years old, at which point he insisted on testing it; rather than having us buy a new battery.
Turns out my battery is just fine. They could have taken our money for a battery purchase, but instead gave us good advice.
The family was extremely personable and we left with a sense of trust. I will go there for repairs moving forward. TRUST is key nowadays when it comes to mechanic. #loyal customers from now on”
“John’s towed my Ford service truck today and Ronnie the driver was spectacular, he was safe, informed, extremely professional and friendly all at the same time. He was also extremely knowledgeable about my type of truck and was careful to make sure he didn’t damage the truck during to tow. I have a railroad hyrail truck and Ronnie was quick to ask if he could hook to different things to ensure he didn’t damage the truck. I would definitely recommend John’s towing to anyone and if you have Ronnie I can promise you are in good hands. I’m sure all the drivers are just as good but Ronnie is the only one I can speak for today. Hopefully I don’t get to know them all but if the truck requires a tow truck I look forward to meeting more of John’s drivers in the future. Jeff- D&D rail.”
