Today went in for a few birthday items. The male representative was awesome. The other female representative was great. These 2 other women was staring and making rude faces towards me. Leaving out the store they moved towards the outside window to watch me walk away. I drove out the parking lot towards the store to see them watching me and staring with a nasty look on their faces. I'm a very blessed woman and I am very thankful for change.

Concetta (Benefit Brow specialist) is the absolute best at what she does! I’ve been going to her to do my eyebrows for two years and have recommended her to many. She’s very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and approachable! I have never left her chair disappointed and she has always made sure of that; if you’re looking to get your eyebrows done, i highly recommend Concetta!

I’m not sure the names of the employees who were working today 8/11/25 within the last hour of the store being open. But you guys are absolutely wonderful!! Hands down the best customer service i’ve ever seen. They went above and beyond. A younger gentleman helped me out, realized i was a little nervous and we had a little conversation and he was so nice! As well as one young lady helped me find what i needed, made sure i was all set and especially complimented me. The lady at the register did the same as well. You guys are so sweet, all of yall need a raise!! Hands down the best Ulta location i’ve gone to in syracuse !!

I have shopped at many Ultas and this is my favorite. Over the years the employees are some of the best....so knowledgeable and helpful and always try to make it right when there are problems. They're patient and I get great help whether it's for fake lashes, retinol products or hair dye.

Went there twice already and did not have a good review! There salon elite stylist Sharon or something is very slow! Does not know what volume or a blowout it! Only good thing is i was refunded! Horrible services.

First time stopping at this store. One of the sales associates was so incredibly helpful. I was looking for a new tinted moisturizer with at least 30 SPF that was reef safe (bc I’m diver). Also the Belif hydration bomb formula changed, and I was trying to look for something that was similar to the original formula (the Philosophy hope water cream is what I ended up getting from her recommendation). I didn’t get her name, though, but she was so wonderful! She would get 10 stars if I could give it (which is why this rating is still a 4/5)! I’m also quite new to the area and she gave me some recommendations for parks/beaches. Near the front, I saw the bin of essence mascaras and just wanted to check with the different brush shapes were. Did not realize there was anything against opening it up just a little bit to see what the brush shape was. One of the ladies at the check out counter (brunette) notified me of this, but not in a particularly polite manner. If she had just said “hey miss can you please not open those? we don’t have testers and have to damage them out if you do” that would have been more well received. Instead she said “you can’t open those” with a tone. The other lady at check out with blonde hair just explained it a little bit more when I got up and was pretty polite about it. Again, it’s not as if I was using them or anything, but just checking to see what the brush shape was. Even just having testers out (not that I would ever use a mascara tester on my actual lash - that’s disgusting) would help. Or even how they show a picture of the brush shape on the cardboard marketing posters would have been helpful. Rudely addressing your customers though is not taken well. One thing about me, I will match your energy. I responded with an unimpressed tone and I’m not sorry. I love Ulta and have been shopping with them for my make up and skin care since 2017. From my party clubbing make up days to my skin care journey but this whole mean girl bit, not cool.

I come to this location a lot, but decided to try out some new hair products. Crystal was so unbelievably helpful and made it so easy to find what I needed and what would be best for me. She was super personable and friendly! Normally I go in and out without talking to anyone since I normally know exactly what I need and where to find it. It’s great to know that if I do need the help, they’re happy to do so!
