After an initial poor experience at the Ulta store in Camillus, I felt compelled to reach out and share my concerns. To my relief and appreciation, Ryan Laney, the District Manager, promptly responded to my complaint with both an email and a phone call. He not only listened attentively to my experience but also promised to investigate the matter further.True to his word, Ryan conducted a thorough investigation and followed up with me, acknowledging that additional training was necessary to ensure all customers receive the respect and dignity they deserve. His sincere apology and commitment to addressing the issue not only validated my concerns but also restored my faith in Ulta as a company that values its customers.My recent interaction with Ryan has significantly enhanced my perception of Ulta. It's reassuring to know that customer feedback is taken seriously and can lead to positive changes. I felt valued and heard, which is why I will continue to be an Ulta customer. I commend Ryan for his exceptional customer service and dedication to ensuring a welcoming environment for all. I went for a haircut appointment but I messed it up and it didn’t register in the computer. They booked me for one immediately and the customer service was great. I could tell as soon as the lady began cutting my hair that she knew what she was doing. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely be coming back next time!

Booked an appointment to get an all over color and to cover up my highlights. Got there, sat in chair then was told they were out of stock of the color dye I needed. I’ve never been to a salon where they accept an appointment and then don’t have the dye. I’m glad that happened tho because I would not want a place like this touching my hair! So ghetto!

Wish rare beauty and some other brands would come to ulta. They are far superior with their point system!! If you return something, you get points back at Ulta. Sephora can NOT say the same????. I LOVE SKIN CARE AND MAKEUP!! Ulta is my fav!!

Went for relaxer touch upShe Didn't know it was a sensitive brand relaxer until after she put it in my hair.Did not comb through the new growthAfter about 15mins parted my hair n said why isn't this getting straight. I said u didn't comb it through the new growth. She said i never did that with my hairWent to wash my hair n said y isn't this straight. Put more relaxer in my hair when it was wet. Hair not straight, u don't have to pay.Offered new perm in 2 wks. I said that's to soon tore touchI made appointment for 3 wks later knowing that I would never come back to UltaAnd the breakage in my hair is ridiculousNow what do I do
