Pete and Ed and tom panek are awesome guys known them alot of years and they have always done great work the Techs there are also very good at what they do and the treat u with the same respect u show them and treat them with. Absolutely incredible service and exceptionally helpful staff who went above and beyond to help in a time of great need. On a trip back home from Boston to Canada, our diesel car started to have trouble with the engine. It was the Thanksgiving long weekend and all shops and mechanics were closed. We called Unitech and they came in to the shop on a Sunday evening, even though they were closed, and helped right away. Both Ed and Phil were knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful, and truly provided amazing service. After all the trouble they went through, they refused payment, saying only that we should pay the good deed forward in future. The following day, Ed called to check in and make sure that we made it home safe. Truly exceptional service that makes you feel that you are being treated like family. Highly recommend Unitech and will pay the good deed forward one day! Thanks again guys and glad to have met such great people on the way!
