A great locally owned company(not corporate) with great pricing and service. They are Rick Auto as well as their own store and they also offer delivery service to many local mechanics and shops.

Super tight to back up if you have a truck already parked next to the dock you were assigned, after the process is fast . If you are new driver take your time don’t let anyone to push you! And be smart.

Overnight parking across the street from main entrance. You'll see the other review that has the pictures. I got there Saturday night and stayed until Monday morning delivery.
They open at 7am. I was the first one in the door. Got unloaded in 45 minutes and I was out of there. You'll see the note on the pedestrian entrance by door one and two that says to go to driver entrance by door 21 I believe.
I used the time in the door to cook chocolate chip pancakes. Buy yourself an electric skillet from Walmart and quit hurting yourself with junk food from the truckstop.

DEL In 7:45 out 11:30 be ready for wait, they prioritize their own trucks I been lucky I didn’t lose my next load for minutes, overnight parking at the gravel lot, restrooms at the building and good people.

If you're going to ship out heavy parts (i.e. brake rotors), either ship them individually or use a sturdier box. This is the 3rd time my parts order has been delayed because the box fell apart from the weight and FedEx had to tape it back together and redeliver 2 days later.

Human resources makes a futile effort to hire people but, bosses and supervisors make sure people leave work. The bosses and supervisors of the afternoon shift are rude and unprofessional with their workers. They don't know how to treat employees nor do they make you feel in a comfortable environment, quite the opposite. Someone should do an anonymous survey and they will see each person's opinion.

I’m only speaking on behalf of someone who worked in their warehouse (took me a few days to see how they treat their employees). This place doesn’t care about a work/life balance. They don’t care about you, your family or your well-being. The only thing this warehouse cares about is pumping out auto parts 7 days a week. They mandate employees to work on their days off and threaten employees with repercussions just days after hiring. I wouldn’t stand for that. The best thing for the sheeps that work there is to go Union. Don’t let them own you.
