The notary here should be fired. Made me schedule a day in advance. I came in and then they told me they don’t notarize birth certificates? Maybe there should be a disclaimer before hand

hiI asked for a scanning a document at 600 dpi (its an official document so they require 600 dpi or more)... store clerk said "i don't know" and that was it... not very helpful...i even asked if he could ask ... he just wasn't willing to be too helpful...

Professional, prompt, and patient are just some of the words that describe the *dream team* at UPS #1388. Whether it’s Amazon/Happy returns, shipping, or some copies I didn’t feel like dealing with, these folks are on it year after year. The consistently customer-friendly employees keep me coming back and I recommend anyone ship or return through these guys!

Made an appointment to have something notarized … the person doing the notary made us wait and took many people before us .. then he had us sign the documents needing to be notarized and pull out our drivers license… and then made the decision that he could not notarize a document petitioning the court that our attorney is the petitioner for … what ????? Just what ???? You don’t have someone sign the document and then read it and decide now OH I can’t notarize this .. now we have to start allOver with our attorney . The attorney will not be happy ..By the way UPS your person that does notary is plain rude and indifferent to customers .SincerelyNot Impressed with UPS .

They held my package hostage for over a month until I called accusing them of theft today. All of the sudden my package MAGICALLY shows up. When I arrived asking for a manager the OWNER Jean gave me attitude about my accusation and I am currently on hold with corporate. I will be notifying the FTC Federal Trade Commission along with the city of Syracuse to file a formal complaint against this establishment.The owner lies about employees quitting months ago when they were clearly behind the desk a couple weeks ago (the knes who told me to my face that my package was shipped back to the original sender) ? TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!

Had a package shipped here. Tracking said it was available for pickup and signed for by an employee. Went to pick up the package and was told it wasn't there and there's 'nothing we can do for you'. Definitely shady. I've been coming to this location for my packages for years and had never been treated like this until now. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

OK to drop off packages, but I wouldn’t recommend them for much else. Every other UPS Store I’ve visited, you can get a document notarized. Here, you have to schedule an appointment a day in advance. Additionally, have a small document that will take less than five minutes to print…you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I understand businesses get busy, but this is the only UPS Store I’ve come across that won’t even attempt to service walk-in customers.
